The film features Nithiin and Mishti in the lead roles marking the latter's debut in Telugu cinema. The film's title was taken from a song in Nithin's 2012 Ishq. The film was produced by Nithin's father N. Sudhakar Reddy and sister Nikhita Reddy under the banner Sresht Movies. Harsha Vardhan wrote the film's dialogues. Anoop Rubens composed the film's soundtrack and background score. I. Andrew and Prawin Pudi were the film's cinematographer and editor respectively.
Production began on 21 May 2014. Principal photography began on 2 June 2014. The film released on 19 December 2014 and opened to mixed reviews but became successful at the box office.

Balu (Karthik) is a graduate youth, came from his village to town, who want to become rich. He works as a police informer and fall in love with Janaki (Sithara), the daughter of Inspector Veerapandian. Veerapandian asks Balu to watch closely his daughter if she had a boyfriend. In the same time, Veerapandian's ennemy Kumar (Nassar) tries to kidnap her daughter, they fail due to his opposition. Balu finds an illegal drug trade and his house's owner was sent in jail, then his all family commits suicide. Veerapandian is promoted as assistant commissioner and Balu resigns his job. One day, Veerapandian finds Balu in a crime scene and asks him to say who's the killer but he refuses. Even beaten, he says nothing and he cannot find a job. Baby is killed and Balu decides to steal the money from criminals. Balu becomes rich and Kumar falls in love with Balu's sister Parvathi. Balu was later arrested by Veerapandian and Kumar refuses to save him, his sister realises that she has been cheated by Kumar and Kumar kills her. Janaki tells that the culprit is Darmaraj and Veerapandian releases him. Balu kills Kumar and Darmaraj to revenge his sister death.

Prudhvi (Nitin Kumar Reddy) & Shashank (Shashank) are the leaders of two warring students groups in a Hyderabad college. They are fond of rugby union game and they sort the things out between them by playing rugby to prove superiority. One fine day, a local mafia leader Bhikshu Yadav (Pradeep Rawat) gets a court notice that he has purchased the land of college from its legal heirs. The groups of Prudhvi and Sashank unite together by forgetting differences to fight a united cause of winning back the land for college. After getting affected by assaults of students, Bhikshu Yadav throws a challenge to defeat his team in a game of rugby union to win back the land for their college. The rest of the story is all about how Prudhvi leads his team to the victory.

Priya breaks the affair with Surya after she gets a proposal from a rich man Ajay. Surya by accident becomes invisible. He hits Ajay and advises Priya to give up Ajay. As he is invisible and others can only hear his voice, he tells them that he is God. Taking the advantage of invisibility, he loots a bank. The film is a story about the love of two teenagers of different classes – Raja (Prashanth) who is settled in America,the grand son of a rich business woman (Bhanumathi), comes to the Fisherman Village in India to see his grand mother. Raaj realises that his relationship with the daughter of a poor fisherman is not taken kindly by his eccentric Grand Mother & when she comes to know Raja's love with Chemaruthi, she accuses Pandy, of using his sister's beauty & charm to trap Raja for his money. She even offers Pandy cash to have Chembaruthi stop seeing Raja. Pandy feels highly humiliated by this accusation & reciprocates by insulting Bhanumathi. Their talk enters a deadlock & spells doom for Raja & Chembaruthi's tender love. Bhanumathi engages Raja to the daughter of Murugan in order to establish business ties with her rich father. Murugan also engages his sister to another fisherman Kumar (Mansoor Ali Khan) But Raj & Chembaruthi run away from home. Bhanumathi announces a reward for anyone who can help find her grandson. Murugan decides that he wants the money. He & his goons find the lovers, kidnap & lock them up in a Boat. Raja. fights his life out for Chembaruthi & save her from being drowned in the sea. Bhanumathi realize that their love is very strong & doesn't want to stand in the way of their happiness. She & Pandy accept their love & give their blessings to the union.

Karthik is a rich post graduate from ISB who completes his studies and comes back to India after a world tour. One fine day, he spots Nandana and falls head over heels for her. Manikkam (Vijayakanth) is released from jail in Singapore for an accident committed by his friend Chandru. Manikkam has to leave Singapore. In the boat in destination to India, he saves an old industrialist Damodaran (M. N. Nambiar) from rowdies. Damodaran hires Manikkam in his factory . Priya (Bhanupriya), a very arrogant girl, hates Manikkam and lives with her grandfather Damodaran. She has a twin sister Saradha who lived with her mother Subha (Manjula Vijayakumar) in Singapore. Priya and Manikkam get married. She continues to hate him but she changes her behaviour. The doctor reveals to Manikkam that his wife is sterile and Manikkam changes the report. Priya decides to hate more and more Manikkam because she thinks that he is sterile. Priya runs away to Singapore. Priya and Saradha exchange their life for few days. The rest of the story is about what happens to Manikkam, Priya and Saradha.

Vasanth (Vijay) is a son of a wealthy businessman and grows up with a possessive attitude.
