UTV Motion Pictures est une filiale britannique de la société indienne UTV Software Communications Ltd. (UTV) dont le principal actionnaire est la Walt Disney Company avec plus de 90 % du capital. Elle a été fondée en 1996 pour assurer la distribution de films à la fois des productions d'UTV et celles de ces partenaires tels que 20th Century Fox, The Walt Disney Company et Sony Pictures. Bruce Lee (Jiiva) is a martial arts specialist but unluckily he is unable to use those skills to make a living. Instead, he falls in love with Police Deputy Commissioner Gaurav's (Nassar) daughter Shakthi (Pooja Hegde), and tries to impress her and her elder sister's kids with his martial art skills. To make it more fun for them he pretends to be a superhero by wearing on a costume each time he visits. On his way back on one such visit, Lee finds himself caught in between cops and robbers chase in the city. He decides to assist the police and manages to nab one robber from the gang and hands him over to the police. Lee doesn't realize that by doing so he has asked upon himself the revenge of Dragon (Narain) who heads the same gang. As the police were involved too, Dragon eyes to take revenge on Police Commissioner Gaurav also. Dragon then connives a plan that eventually frames Lee as a robber and the attempted to kill the Police Commissioner. What lies ahead for Lee now is to prove his innocence to the Police, win his love back Shakthi and more importantly bring Dragon and his gang to justice.

On 1 January 2010, a sudden bomb blast occurs in London, killing several people. The scene shifts to the same place after exactly a year, where a blind man Kenny Thomas (Vikram) lays flowers on the memorial and mourns someone's death during the bomb blast. He is then given some secret details by a mysterious woman. Kenny then takes a taxi driven by Satyan (Santhanam) who is a comical Tamil guy. He drops Kenny at a place and waits for him to return. But Kenny actually goes inside to kill someone. He kills him and throws him down. Seeing the corpse, Satyan flees. During this entire scene, Kenny is shown to produce a sound from his mouth, to find his way, which is later shown as echolocation. Later Kenny is shown to play piano in a local church, and he is blind he has so many people who care for him. In the meantime, Kenny carries out two more murders, taking the same taxi driven by the innocent Satyan, following instructions from the mysterious woman.

Chassé de sa campagne natale par la misère, Velu travaille dans une gargote de rue de Chennai. L'adolescent tombe amoureux de Jyothi dès la première fois qu'il la croise, mais celle-ci reste indifférente, fermement protégée par sa mère des timides entreprises de Velu pour la conquérir. Elle est employée de maison pour une famille aisée dont la fille, Aarthi, attire l'attention et suscite la convoitise de Dinesh. Les deux jeunes gens ont une brève idylle au cours de laquelle Dinesh filme secrètement Aarthi et diffuse la vidéo à tous ses amis. La jeune fille rompt leur relation, cela ulcère Dinesh qui décide de se venger en l'aspergeant d'acide. Mais c'est Jyothi qui reçoit le liquide qui la défigure atrocement. Convaincu par un policier corrompu d'endosser la responsabilité de l'agression en échange de la promesse de soins pour la femme qu'il aime, Velu est lourdement condamné. Mais ayant découvert toutes ces magouilles, Jyothi décide de faire payer ceux qui ont fait son malheur et celui de Velu dont elle a pris conscience de la sincérité des sentiments.

Pour lui c'est une façon de se faire de l'argent rapidement et son rêve est de devenir bookmaker. Charlie est débrouillard, futé et courageux (mais uniquement pour lui-même).
