The film stars Prithviraj, Sathyaraj, Sandhya and Raadhika Sarathkumar in lead and Sripriya, Manobala and Radha Ravi in supporting roles. The film's score and soundtrack is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The film, a remake of the 2005 American film Guess Who, which is itself a remake of the 1967 American film Guess Who's Coming to Dinner, was jointly produced and distributed by Raadan Media Works, UTV and Pyramid Saimira. It released on 8 November 2007 during Deepavali.
Synopsis
Harish Venkatraman (Prithviraj Sukumaran), a software architect by profession who lives in Malaysia, is the millionaire nephew of Maheswaran Iyer (Radharavi). Having lost his parents early in life, he runs the business of his uncle with impressive results. He stumbles upon the psychiatry student Deva (Sandhya), in the most cinematic manner, and as script would have it, falls for her that very instant. Deva is the daughter of Commissioner Arumugam (Sathyaraj) and Dhamayanthi (Raadhika Sarathkumar) in Chennai.Acteurs

The film is the story of Anand (Kamal Haasan), a journalist and a martial arts expert. Anand is in love with Sripriya. He gets a micro film showing the wrongdoings of underworld king Sudarsan. Now the gang is after Anand for the micro film. Sudarsan's gang member Sathyapriya befriend Anand to get the micro film, but fails. Meantime Anand's love Sripriya leaves her house as her father Major Sundarrajan is against their affair. Sripriya get threatened by Sudarsan's gang for micro film. Anand's friend Y. G. Mahendran also get trapped by the underworld gang to retrieve the micro film. Anand had to fight against his martial arts master too, who is an aide of Sudarsan. Finally Anand succeeds in eliminating the entire gang saving micro film.

Two friends Ramarajan (Mirchi Siva) and Rajkiran (Santhanam), who for reasons unknown prefer to call themselves Dhoni and Sehwag. They have nothing better to do than hang around together boozing and teasing pretty girls. Dhoni does not believe in the idea of working, but is still in search of a government job, knowing very well that he is not likely to get it. Kanaka (Sandhya), a police constable, is the daughter of Dhoni’s maternal uncle, and though their families want them to marry neither is interested. Meanwhile, Dhoni while going for an interview meets and falls in love with Seetha (Dhansika). So impressed is he by her that when he meets the ugly looking buck toothed local councillor Aishwarya (Devadarshini), who has promised him a job, he hugs her and declares his undying love for her, believing her to be Seetha. Though he apologizes to her, the much older Devadarshini is now very much in love with Dhoni and is determined to marry him. She gives money to Sehwag so that he separates the love of Dhoni and Seetha. Sehwag arranges friends of Dhoni's sister to pose as his lover to separate him. Seetha believes this rumour and breakup with him. Dhoni blames Seetha as "accused no1" who cheated him. Then Dhoni comes to know that it was the plan of Sehwag to separate him, he breaks his friendship with him. Aishwarya's fat brothers records the speech of Sehwag scolding Aishwarya in an inebriated state. In the early morning, Dhoni attends the marriage of Kanaka. Dhoni is shocked that Sehwag is the marriage groom. Seetha still mistakes Dhoni as a womaniser when she sees the same girl coming out misunderstanding. Girl tells all the truth to Dhoni about the plan which was overheard by Seetha. Aishwarya tries to kidnap Seetha but instead she gets kidnapped by Beerpal (Srinivasan) who mistaking her to be Seetha in order to take revenge on her for rejecting his love. After the marriage, Dhoni scolds Seetha alone himself for loving him then Seetha arrives at that place and again misunderstands him, she urges him to commit suicide. Varadharajan is searching for Dhoni who disappeared from home. Seetha is feeling guilty for his disappearance and also thinks that he might have committed suicide. Dhoni arrives at their home saying he disappeared from home to conduct the marriage of Aishwarya and Beerpal. The film ends with Dhoni and Sehwag uniting with their lovers happily.

Prabhu (Uday Kiran) is a college student who does not allow anyone to do wrong. He quite often argues with others to the point where he is repeatedly arressted. In the meantime, Swetha (Diya), the sister of commissioner of police Ravichandra, has been ditching her college classes, so her father has a police eccort take her to school. When she tries to escape from her escort, they pursue her. They cross paths with the troublesome Prabhu, who battles them. In the ensuing fight, Prabhu says 'I love you' to Swetha and she is so impressed by his gallantry, she falls in love.
