Crime boss Adrian uses a motorcycle gang called the Hellcats to carry out drug runs for him, although it appears as if it is a tenuous alliance at best because the gang and Adrian's henchmen do not get along in the slightest. In the meantime, a detective named Chapman is involved in an investigation against Adrian's drug ring and hopes to gain evidence against him through the biker gang. Adrian has one of his henchmen shoot Chapman and kill him.
Abhiram (Raghu) is a rich spoilt brat who believes only in class and hates the company of poor people with low profiles. He is in deep love with Dr. Janaki, an orphan who aims to serve poor people as a doctor and give them proper medication. Though he is in love with her, Abhiram does not like the path traversed by Janaki in helping poor and needy. This breaks their relationship apart and Janaki walks away to remote place on her job. Not able to withstand the agony of separation, Abhiram sets on a journey in finding Janaki again to carry on the relationship. Meanwhile, he meets Gaali Seenu (Kitty), a petty thief who is an expert in robbing the two wheeler vehicles. He strikes a deal with Seenu and further embarks his journey in search of Janaki. En route his search, Abhiram begins to slowly realize the real world and the noble intentions Janaki had in her service. Finally, the lovers meet up and what happens next forms the rest of the story.

Après avoir incidemment découvert que sa femme recevait du courrier poste restante et essuyé son refus de l'accompagner à Florence où il doit s'atteler à un ouvrage sur la Renaissance italienne, Emmanuel, un Parisien trentenaire, décide de s'y rendre seul en voiture. Mais rien ne se passe comme prévu : il rencontre Judith, une jeune photographe en détresse, et l'emmène avec lui. En Italie, le couple est témoin d'un attentat et se cloître dans un hôtel florentin afin d'échapper aux tueurs. Ces évènements les rapprochent et ils deviennent amants. La fille d'Emmanuel parvient à retrouver la trace de celui-ci et le trio rentre en France pour se terrer dans une maison perdue du Haut-Var. La femme d'Emmanuel rejoint sa famille au moment où Judith quitte la maison pour regagner Paris, car son compagnon est en difficultés, mais elle n'y arrivera pas, elle trouve la mort en chemin.
Pour on ne sait quelle raison Soon-Woo a été emprisonné mais bénéficiant d'une permission de cinq jours pour aller voir sa famille, il sort de prison. Seul, sur la route, il commence son long voyage qui doit l'amener jusqu'à son village natal où vivent son fils et sa mère. Au cours de son périple il redécouvre son pays où sur son chemin de nombreux obstacles le retardent. Néanmoins, sans se plaindre, avec ténacité, décidé à revoir les siens, il fait tout son possible pour les rejoindre, au besoin en courant dans les immenses étendues qui le séparent de sa maison. Finalement, il retrouve sa mère qui a vieilli, son garçon de dix ans qui ne le connaît pas et avec lequel il n'arrive pas à communiquer malgré l'affection qu'il voudrait lui témoigner. Son village a, lui aussi, bien changé : beaucoup de ses amis et connaissances ont disparu entre-temps.

He is born and brought up among currency and for him life is just a game and he is accustomed to lavish lifestyle. He dates several girls and one day he comes across Janaki (Kamalinee Mukherjee), a young, charming doctor. Abhi challenges his friends that he would make her fall in love within few days. Abhi invites Janaki for coffee after a dance programme and proposes to her.
Srikanth (Srikanth), a son of a rich industrialist (Nassar), meets Preeti (Aakanksha Mansukhani), an Assamese girl, in a dance competition in Coimbatore, and falls in love with her. His initial intentions were to only steal a few kisses from her. Bound by guilt, he sets off on foot to Assam to meet her as promised. On his journey, he faces the realities of life as he meets various characters and witnessing incidents such as a farmer couple sharing their lunch with a 'kind' thief (Sadhu Kokila), and a cobbler (Rangayana Raghu), taking his disabled wife (Veena Sundar) on a pilgrimage to Kashi on a bullock-cart. Srikanth is moved on witnessing these.
