Meri Warrant is a Hindi film directed by Sudhakar Naidu. It was released in 2010 and stars Srikanth, Vimala Raman, Ramya Krishna, Telangana Sakuntala, GV Sudhakar, Jayaprakash Reddy, Nagendra Babu, Chitram Seenu, Jyothi, Bhuvaneswari, Sakshi Shivanand, Suman Setty, Chalapathi Rao, Tirupati Prakash and Sivaji Raja in leading roles.
Synopsis
Ranga (Srikanth) is a thief who lives in Stuart Nagar. He was raised by his grandmother (Sakuntala) in her house. He used to steal from corrupt police officers because they could not file a complaint for the theft of money from their own houses. He would steal money and valuables by spraying a sedative called chloroform in their houses. He would also steal the stars on their police uniforms to prove that the individual is unworthy of the stars on their shoulders. Ranga is a fan of faction-oriented films, and dreams of acting like one of those faction leaders. At the same time, he falls in love with a sub-inspector, Mangamma (Vimala Raman). At one point, Ranga and friends try to rob the police commissioner's (Nagendra Babu) house, but are caught. While they were at court, Ranga meets a real faction leader, Bhavani Prasad (Srikanth). Bhavani's rival attacks him severely,leading to his death. However, noticing that Ranga looks exactly like Bhavani, the latter's wife (Ramya Krishnan) convinces him to take her late husband's place to prove to everyone that he indeed is alive. Ranga realizes that he is in reality Bhavani Prasad's own brother, and is happy that he was finally able to act like a real faction leader.Acteurs

Nagendra Naidu (Nagendra Babu) is a powerful police officer. He wants to see his son Radhakrishna (Nitin) also as a good police officer. He always dreams of his son bashing the dons and get a state government's medal which should be presented through his hands. However, his wife Sarala (Kovai Sarala) wants to see her son as a super star. Then a peculiar GO gets passed by which any honest person is eligible for a Police job. As Nagendra Naidu convinces his wife that all the training that is needed for a film hero could be learnt in just three months time in the Police Academy, Sarala agrees to join him in the Police Academy. Radhakrishna falls in love with Krishnaveni (Bhavana) at the police academy. The latter too loses her heart to him. At this juncture, her photo appears in the TV saying that she was a big Naxalite leader. The actual story gets revealed with a small twist. Who created Krishnaveni as a Naxalite or did she really a Naxalite? What happened to the love between Radha and Krishna? How far, Radha was able to fulfil the dream of his father Nagendra Naidu? Answers to all these questions form part of the second half.

The recently retired police commissioner of Chennai, Devanathan, begins a new life with his family (which includes his brother and his wife) to keep his past's glory alive. He buys 2 large tea estates in ooty and moves in with his family there. Devanathan's daughter Anita is a teenager, and his son, Ashwin, is a brilliant, troubled young man. One morning, a young man named Daniel arrives with a recommendation letter from a priest to apply for a job as the tea estate manager. Daniel saves Devanthan's life from criminals, and wins the heart of the family. Ashwin drives too fast, frightening the neighborhood children. One day Devanathan gets into an argument with Ashwin, who goes to Daniel's office. Daniel behaves insanely and begins hurting himself. In the hospital Daniel begins dreaming about Abhirami, threatens Ashwin with a knife and cuts himself. Later, Daniel starts a fire in the house. Ashwin is taken to a mental hospital. Daniel disguises himself and spies on Devnathan's hot sister-in-law when she is bathing, thinking it was Devanathan. He lies to her; the brothers become enemies, and the younger brother leaves the house. When riding her bicycle, Anita discovers Daniel's motorcycle and is shocked to see Daniel performing hindu rituals for Abhirami. Daniel claims to be Sakthivel, raised by his elder sister and uncle.

Naani an eight-year-old boy who is very mischievous always troubling his mother. His mother scolds him when he eats the toothpaste, urinate in bed at night. Naani falls down on a road one day and a young woman helps him. Naani's elder brother plans to watch adults movie with his friends in the absence of their parents and Naani demands him to join him to which his brother does not allow him. The only person other than scientist who knows the truth is his child classmate friend. Naani meets the girl at a park who helped him once he fell down on road. Innocent child Naani helps to remove dust from her eyes, smiles at her and leaves the place. The girl is very much attracted towards him and she looks for him every day.
