Eros International PLC is an Indian motion picture production and distribution company, based in Mumbai. The company was founded by Arjan Lulla in 1977. It is a leading global company in the Indian film entertainment industry. Eros co-produces, acquires and distributes Indian language films in multiple formats worldwide, including theatrical, television syndication and digital platforms.
The group distribution network includes over 50 countries, with films dubbed in over 25 languages and offices in India, UK, USA, Dubai, Australia, Fiji and the Isle of Man. Eros has over 2,300 films in its library, plus an additional 700 films for which the group hold digital rights only.
In 2006, Eros International Plc, the holding company of the Eros Group, became the first Indian media company to list on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange. Subsequently, the company delisted from AIM in November 2013 to list on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:EROS).
In 2010, Eros listed its Indian subsidiary Eros International Media Limited on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) in India.

An abandoned baby boy is rescued from floodwaters by Kantaben (Juhi Chawla) and Nattubhai (Paresh Ganatra), the kindly proprietors of a small orphanage. They name the baby Krishna, because the way he was found parallels the legend of how the god Lord Krishna came to live with his adopted parents as a baby. Orphan Krishna (Namit Shah) lives happily in the orphanage with Kanta and Nattu and the other foundling children. But over the years, as one by one his other friends are adopted out to families but he remains, young Krishna comes to believe that he is unadoptable, unwanted, and will never find a family. Mais ce dernier est tué par Le Colonel qui, en possession du détonateur, se rend en Lettonie pour se procurer une bombe, poursuivi par l'Agent Vinod qui fort heureusement échappe à plusieurs tentatives d'assassinats.

Dinanath Chauhan est alors victime d’un complot tramé par Kancha le faisant apparaître comme un violeur aux yeux des villageois qui se livrent à un lynchage. Le maître d’école finit pendu par Kancha lui-même sous les yeux de son fils impuissant, qui se fait le serment de le venger un jour.
