Cinema City & Films Co. (In Chinese 新藝城影業公司) is a Hong Kong company involved in the creation Hong Kong Cinema. The company has a small catalogue of only 65 movies. The library covers genres including drama, comedy, horror.

The company was established in 1980 by actors Raymond Wong, Karl Maka and Dean Shek. The company's last movie's "Blue Lightning" in 1991.

Mao Yiu-tung (Roy Cheung), un criminel de Hong Kong, échappe à une équipe de policières dirigée par Shang (Kara Hui) et fuit en Chine continentale. Dick Lee and Ken Chow are two police officers who are friends, the former is a negotiator who is a humorous and easy going while the latter is a hot tempered cop who hates evil as his enemy and advocates violence for violence. Drug lord Ted Yiu, who was imprisoned by Ken two years ago, was released from prison and Ken's former partner Ho Ka Ting is mysteriously killed. Later, Ted also laid traps to trick Ken, which cause his disciplinary punishment by the police and later sends killers to threaten Ken's life and kill his family. On the other hand, Dick incidentally meets Penny, who is Ted's lover. A tangled conflict later brakes off in the city.

Money God was being naughty in heaven and as a punishment, he was sent to Earth to do good deeds for humans. On Earth, he meets Fung, a restaurant owner and his son Ben. Money God guides Fung to success and his business begins to rise while also helping him fend off loan shark Mo. At the same time, Money God tries to woo Fung's younger sister Ellen.
