The film is about a depressed independent director who becomes awkward when he asks to film his actresses nude. It features partial nudity and sex scenes, as the director becomes jealous after seeing Kerness and her boyfriend make love during a steamy session in the shower. In summary, "a very direct and subtle, very sad and funny look at nothing more or less than sexual frustration and aloneness", according to the Ann Arbor Film Festival, who screened it in 2012. , 1h31

Aspiring screenwriter Edgar Allen (Rufus B. Seder) arrives in Hollywood carrying his most valuable possessions: a battered suitcase and a typewriter. Edgar Allen's best attribute is his wild imagination. He imagines scenes so vividly for the murder mystery he is writing that they seem to come to life...and they do! As mysterious gruesome murders pile up, Edgar Allen must confront aging actresses, rock stars and the police in a bleak setting of broken dreams and hideously broken bodies in Hollywood. As the line between reality and imagination becomes more blurred, Edgar Allen, convinced the only way to be a real writer is to suffer, is driven slowly mad., 22minutes

Three interrelated stories comprise the plot structure of this film. In the first, "The Story of Johnnie & Laurie," Johnnie (Barry Brisco) is betrayed by his sister (Suzette Belouin) when she finds out his sexual proclivities. When she informs her parents (Billy Drago & Erica Gavin) about his homosexuality, their estrangement leads Johnnie through a series of unsavory incidents. In "The Story of Pat & Pepper," Pat (Mink Stole) is a Christian conservative and her five-year-old daughter Pepper (Pepper Peeters) participates in children's beauty pageants. Ambivalent over her daughter's attractiveness to pageant officials, Pat accidentally kills Pepper and transforms her into a dead chanteuse. Finally, in "The Story of Jim," Jim (Joey Krebs) takes the advice of his best friend Eddie (Laurence Tolhurst) and gets a job in the television industry. When Jim's career plummets due to poor ratings, he finds a sex change operation the perfect solution out of a desperate situation., 1h33
