Synopsis

Oswald and the girl beagle (making her debut in this film) are at the fair, dancing on a wooden platform. All of a sudden, a large oppressive pit bull pulls it right under their feet, much to their surprise. The pit bull pretends to apologize in giving Oswald a handshake but snaps a rat trap at the rabbit's hand instead. When the large dog flirts with the girl beagle, the annoyed Oswald quickly takes her and walks out of the scene.

Oswald (wearing gloves for the first time) and a parrot are on a log boat, riding on a rough sea. The sea becomes calm moments later. They then notice they are hungry and decided to fish. Oswald casts a line, and the parrot goes down with the hook to find suitable fish. The parrot places the line on a fish, and signals Oswald to reel in. But the fish the parrot selected is too big and therefore drags Oswald below the sea.

On the street, Oswald leads a handful of musicians whose devotedness towards him varies. Although the performance of the band showed some flaws, it mattered little to Oswald who simply carries on. Oswald and a big bear are competing each other in a cockfight. While the bear's rooster is larger and stronger, Oswald's is more agile. After his cock gets knocked down by a hard impact, Oswald feeds it with some special seeds. The seeds benefitted the rabbit's chicken significantly until the bear's was taken down for good.

Oswald and a big badger are sitting on a bench in a park. Momentarily a pretty female teddy bear walks around and sings the song A Bench in the Park (this song was used earlier in King of Jazz). When she drops a handkerchief, Oswald and the badger rush to pick it up. Upon picking, they pulled the handkerchief until it is rip apart. When the teddy bear passes by again, Oswald snags part of the badger's clothing onto a nail on the bench. The badger rushes again and ends up wearing just his undergarments. Oswald then approaches the teddy bear as the other guy runs away in embarrassment. But before he could spend a long time with her, the badger returns in a wine barrel before kicking Oswald in the rear. The kick is so strong that Oswald is sent into space.
