Murali Gopy (Malayalam: മുരളി ഗോപി‍) is an Indian screenwriter, actor, author, singer and journalist. He wrote and acted in Ee Adutha Kaalathu and Left Right Left, which are considered path breakers in their respective genres. He has won numerous awards including Filmfare Awards South and South Indian International Movie Awards for his work on screen and behind it.

Biographie

Murali is the son of film actor Bharath Gopi and Jayalakshmy. He was married to Anjana, a bank employee, and has two children, Gauri and Gaurav. Anjana died at the age of 38, on 26 April 2015 after suffering a heart attack.
