Recent television credits include Punched Up, Across the River to Motor City, Sketch with Kevin McDonald the CMT Canada fictionalized reality series The Wilkinsons and the Syfy original series Scare Tactics. Recent film credits include Camille and Lars and the Real Girl.
Lauren was a member of the Second City National Touring Company for two years. She is currently appearing in "Taming of the Flu" at The Second City. She was also a writer and performer in The Second City Reloaded and Bird Flu Over The Cuckoo's Nest. Lauren was the recipient of two 2006 Canadian Comedy Awards, one for Pretty Funny Female Improviser and one for Pretty Funny Sketch Troupe for The Second City Reloaded.
She is one half of the sketch duo CORY! with Leslie Seiler, a member of the hit improv show Sass and the City and one half of up and coming improv duo Hot Lawyer. In 2011, Ash appeared in the short-lived Canadian sitcom, Almost Heroes.
