Koyū Ohara (小原宏裕, Ohara Koyū, né le 11 juillet 1946) est un réalisateur japonais surtout connu pour ses films Roman Porno Fairy In A Cage (1977) et la série des Pink Tush Girl (1978 - 1980). Il est l'un des réalisateurs des studios Nikkatsu aux talents les plus variés et des plus prolifiques avec huit films en 1979 à son actif. Ses préoccupations esthétiques l'on fait surnommer « le Roi du Pop Art Pornographique ».

Tomoko (Erina Miyai) is investigating a rapist who is terrorizing the city, but at the same time derails the search by grabbing the wrong suspects. In one scene, which the Weissers call "staggeringly repulsive", the rapist inserts a lightbulb into his female victim and starts kicking her stomach until it shatters inside her. The Weissers describe the film as misogynist and mean-spirited, but add that "the project is expertly handled by director extraordinaire Ohara."

Akiko is the heir to a yakuza clan. Hitoshi, who has been kicked out of the rival Hono Clan after attempting to seduce Akiko, kidnaps her at the behest of Hanamura. Hanamura has formed a new gang and intends to use Akiko as a hostage to take over her clan's territory. During the torture and abuse sessions which follow, Akiko comes to enjoy the treatment and forsakes her gangland empire.

Pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, le juge tyrannique Murayama utilise son pouvoir militaire pour emprisonner et torturer des innocents. Hisako Ōuchi (Naomi Tani) is the sexually-frustrated wife of the older art academy Professor Ōuchi (Minoru Ōkochi). Ōuchi is a repressed conservative who disdains modern art, and expels Kazuo Kobayashi (Tachiki Bessho), a student who specializes in SM painting. Hisako becomes obsessed with the expelled student, and has an affair with him. Kazuo and Hisako retire to a cabin in the countryside where they indulge in SM activities.
