It is a musical hit film with excellent lyrics and music composed by T. V. Raju.
Synopsis
Devi Saraswathi gave Saraswati Peetham to a Gandharva and advises him to go some good to Bhoolokam. Shetfuygytpftlls in Mandakini river. Both the Gandharva and his lover are cursed to be born on Earth. Gandharva and the villain are in search of Sharada peetam. Finally the Gandharva procures the peetham and gives to an eligible old musician to care of it and utilize for good.Acteurs

The story begins with Mahavishnu in Narasimha Avatar killing Hiranyakashipu. Prahlada requests him to reduce his anger. Quitened Narasimha blesses him. Prahlada requests him to show his Varaha avatar and to bless his devotees on the hill. Mahavishnu obliges him and takes the form of Varaha Narasimha.

In Antiquity Indian... Abhirami Mangamma (Pandari Bai), a queen is desired by another ruler, Sengodan (S. A. Ashokan). Several years later, Sengodan sees the girl (now a queen) out hunting. Rangaiah (Ranga Rao) is a labourer. He is determined to educate his son Anand (Satyanarayana) and make him a doctor and marry Anand with his sister's daughter Suguna (Chandrakala) as promised to his sister on death-bed. Anand promises to marry Suguna and makes her pregnant. He loves a rich girl Geeta (Rajasulochana) and marries her. They neglect and insult their parents. Suguna gives birth to a daughter, Laxmi. Geeta gives birth to a son, Giri (Raja Babu). Rangaiah becomes blind and Seetammma works as housemaid. Giri and Rani (Gummadi daughter-Vijaya Nirmala) are classmates The grandson grows up and with the help of Rani teaches them lesson.

Krishna is son of a rich businessman couple (Kanta Rao and Pandari Bai). Bharathi is also a daughter of another rich man (Rao Gopal Rao). Krishna is grown up without knowing or facing any problems and gets a new car. While driving in competition with his friend Satyam (Satyanarayana), he accidentally kills Balaiah's brother and blinds Balaiah. Somehow this incident comes to the knowledge of Kanta Rao and he confronts Krishna and throws him out of house. Krishna then ends up as one of the servants at Rao Gopal Rao's home. He also gets to know Balaiah and his family. He realizes the intensity of his mistake and vows to make Balaiah and his family's life better. Balaiah on the other hand vows to kill the person responsible for his brother's death and his blindness. Knowing about his fate in the hands of Balaiah, Krishna keeps helping them. Finally, Balaiah learns about Krishna and excuses him.

The plot is based on the story of Disciples (Sishya) of Paramanandayya, seven saints in number. They are actually the disciples of Aruna Keerti Mahamuni. Chitralekha (K.R. Vijaya) dances in the court of Lord Siva (Sobhan Babu). He gives her a Rudraksha mala to wear during the visits. Later, she visits the beautiful Earth with her companions and enjoys bathing in a pool. She finds these Sishiyas keenly looking at her and curses them to become idiots. After knowing the facts from Guruji and realizing her mistake, she pronounces the vimukti (free from curse) at the time of her marriage. The Guru, Aruna Keerti, in return curses Chitralekha that she will lose her celestial status if she comes into contact with a human.
