Synopsis
Ratan (Navin Nischol) is a criminal working for Master (Ajit) and his wife Sona (Helen Jairag Richardson). He goes home to his mother's funeral and meets with his childhood friend Kammo (Raakhee), who is mentally incompetent. Her wealthy father arranges her marriage to Ratan, with the hope that she will become normal after marriage. Initially, Sona is disappointed that Ratan will marry, as she has a crush on him. But once it becomes clear, that Ratan wants to marry Kammo for her money, both she and the Master fully support it. They also encourage Ratan to kill Kammo soon after marriage. Ratan starts caring about Kammo and she becomes more normal. Ratan wants to break free of Master and Sona, but they won't let him. Master's henchmen kidnap Kammo and Ratan rescues her, and Master dies in the climatic fight.Acteurs

Ashok Tandon (Dharmendra) is a bank manager, and is in love with Deepa (Raakhee), and both are to be married soon. However, Ashok is arrested for theft from the bank. He asks Deepa to look after his mom (Leela Chitnis), which she agrees to do. He is sentenced to prison for several years. After his release he finds out that his mother has died; Deepa is married and has re-located; and he was framed by his colleagues at the bank. Devastated but still honest, he is befriended by Raja Ranbir Singh, who gives him a job, as well a new identity. Ashok now becomes Bikram Singh, and he must seek out Deepa, and his shrewd and calculating colleagues at the bank to extract vengeance.

Rajkumar Shamsher Singh is the only son of the local Maharaja, and has been brought up as a brat, and now he is an irresponsible, alcoholic, and womanizing adult, who wants everyone to bow down before him and his princely rank. One priest refuses to do so, and Shamsher pummels him mercilessly, in vain though. Frustrated, he asks the priest what he should do with his mundane life, and the priest tells him that he should repent, sacrifice all his palatial pleasures, and live the life of a simple and ordinary man, and hence learn the true meaning of life, for at least six months. Shamsher agrees to do so, and arranges an accident with his car, which plummets down a mountain, explodes and is blown to smithereens. Everyone in the palace believes that Shamsher is dead. He goes to a nearby village, and a blind woman there mistakes him for her long-lost son and starts calling him Sajjan Singh. Shamsher decides to play along as Sajjan.

Le juge Raghunath est un juge riche de district qui juge Jagga, un homme dont le père était un criminel, de viol sur peu de preuves.
