This film is the last Chan film in the series that originated in 1930 with Fox Film Corporation production of Charlie Chan Carries On, starring Warner Oland.
Synopsis
After passengers on an airplane headed for San Francisco are drugged, they wake up to discover that a quarter-million dollars is missing. Mantan Moreland provides comic relief as Chan's chauffeur, Birmingham Brown.Acteurs

Just after World War II, American Steve Pitt (Sterling Hayden) seeks out Father Paolo (David Leonard) at an Italian village. A new priest tells him Paolo was executed by the Germans. Steve recalls the events of 1944, when as a fighter pilot in Corsica, he flew on a last mission over Italy because his friend Captain George Peterson failed to complete his assignment: to blast a tunnel leading to a German ammunition dump. Steve is shot down, however, and parachutes into enemy-held Italy. Getting help from Nina (Joy Page), a young Italian partisan, she brings him to Bruno (J. Carrol Naish), the local partisan leader.

In May 1950, Major Matt Brady is redeployed to Pusan, South Korea. His mission there is to train South Korean pilots in the defensive struggle. Also, there are air support exercises in case of the need to evacuate the Americans. Colonel Schuller sends Brady and Captain MacIntyre to the airbase in Kungju. In 1941, an American aviator, 'Smilin' Jack' Martin wishes to resign as an advisor to the Nationalist Chinese Army in order to return to the United States to enlist as an aviator in America's military buildup prior to the attack on Pearl Harbor. Eddie Clark raconte comment est née sa société "Bamboo Blonde". Pendant la guerre, le lieutenant Patrick Ransom, Jr. se rend au club d'Eddie à New York avec l'équipage de son bombardier. Pat, le fils d'un riche Pennsylvanien, y rencontre la chanteuse Louise Anderson et dîne avec elle. Officiellement fiancé à Eileen Sawyer, une jeune femme snob, Pat est attiré par le côté terre-à-terre de Louise. Louise accompagne Pat à l'aéroport. Avant d'embarquer avec son équipage pour le Pacifique sud, Pat demande à Louise de prendre une photo d'elle et la garde en souvenir. À Saipan, Pat est l'objet de moqueries de la part de son équipage à propos de sa "petite amie", mais il est trop embarrassé pour avouer qu'il ne connaît pas son nom. Comme le bombardier n'arrive plus comme auparavant à abattre des avions ennemis, l'équipage décide d'utiliser la photographie de Louise comme modèle d'une figure peinte sur leur avion. Ensuite, leurs succès lors des batailles fait se porter l'attention sur le portrait, surnommé "Bamboo Blonde". À New York, Eddie commence à profiter de cette célébrité en promouvant Louise comme la véritable "Bamboo Blonde".

The series opens with Don Karnage and his band of air pirates hijacking and boarding a plane owned by Shere Khan to steal a box containing something that the pirates want. However, after Karnage and his men return with the box to their mothership, the Iron Vulture, a young bear-cub named Kit Cloudkicker steals the box and then leads the pirates through a chase sequence that results in him jumping off the ship and cloud-surfing out of the area with his trusty airfoil, hitching a ride over to a tavern owned by Louie, wherein he hides the box. Karnage and his men bust in, and Kit annoys them some more before escaping and following customer Baloo, who allows him to ride in his cargo plane, which he has named the Sea Duck. The air pirates give chase, with Baloo not understanding why they are after him. However, he manages to elude them by flying to the city of Cape Suzette, where the air pirates cannot enter because the people working the cliff guns (which are anti-aircraft artillery pieces) keep shooting at them.
