Winston Spear is a Canadian stand-up comedian and actor from Toronto, Ontario. He is the winner of the 2003 Canadian Comedy Award for Best Male Stand-up and was a member of the cast of CTV sketch comedy show Comedy Inc..


Winston is known for dancing during his live performances. Often to foreign music where he mouths or reacts to the music and lyrics.
Winston has appeared in the Barenaked Ladies music video "Sound of Your Voice"
Winston was a semi-finalist on Season 6 of Last Comic Standing.

The movie starts as high school students return from spring break. Also, the new principal Edwin Swimper arrives after the last principal died from the stress the school gave him. With teachers teaching empty classes, a constant gang war in the hallway and male teachers wearing various armors, Swimper decides to implement an alternative school policy. As a result, classes such as math are abandoned in favor of classes such as archery. The hallways soon turn into archery ranges. When the gang leader Calvin burns down his office, Swimper abandons his plans and quits on the spot.
