She was born at Manjummel in Ernakaulam district. Completed her primary education from Guardian Angels UP School, Manjummel.Her television serials include Charulatha,Ommanathingalpakshi, Ente Manasaputhri,Autograph,Ammakkili,Ente Alphonsamma,Kunjalimarrikkiar,Aalippazham,Velankani Mathavu,Indhraneelam,Butterflies,Nirakkootu,Indhira,Sree Ayyappanum Vavarum,Abhinethri,Sarayu,Amala etc.She has acted in some telefilms and advertisements also.She has performed in popular reality show Vodafone Comedy Stars in a supporting role.She has participated in television game shows such as Sarigama,Pachakkuthira,1.1.3 etc.She has participated in

Sunil (Kunchacko Boban) meets Hema (Shalini) while on a bus trip. They quarrel while on the bus, to humorous results, but part upon reaching their destination.
