Synopsis
Story revolves around characters from different walks of life who soon get involved with each other - millionaires, goons. Raja (Sunil Shetty) is a small time good hearted goon who does what he wants without any regard for cops or criminals, thus making him an enemy of underworld don Dhanraj. Suraj is another small time goon who also does good for people and lives with his girlfriend Bindiya, trying to make a living by working against criminals, thus falling into Dhanraj's bad books too. And Dhanraj's arch rival is JAgtap. News one day reaches them that a millionaire Laxman Singh's (Arun Bakshi) niece, Kiran is coming from the U.S. and has a ring worth 2.5 million. It is also known that Prince Vijay, nephew of Laxman Singh's closest friend Vikram Singh (Achyut Potdar), is coming from London to wed Kiran.Acteurs

Lalchand Dogra lives in a palatial house with his wife, Anjana, and three sons, Sunny, Raj, and Jay. Due to circumstances beyond their control, all get separated, with Lalchand himself ending up serving time in prison for several years. Years later, Lalchand is released from jail and sets out to find his family and try to put the rest of his life together. What he does not know that Jay has been adopted by the Commissioner of Police, Paramjeet Singh, and is currently looking at ways to get Lalchand back in prison; Sunny has been hired as his bodyguard; and Raj has just received a contract to kill Lalchand at any cost. Judge Jagdish Verma (Raza Murad) has an accused by the name of Yogi Shankar (Kiran Kumar) in his courtroom. Judge Verma was once Yogi's defence lawyer, but now must pass a sentence against him. Yogi pleads his innocence, but the Judge finds him guilty, and Yogi is sentenced to a long term (7 years) in jail. Yogi swears to avenge this injustice and humiliation. Judge Verma's family consists of Urmila (Beena Banerjee), two sons, Kunal and Karan (Sunil Shetty and Saif Ali Khan respectively), and a daughter Tina (Madhoo). Yogi serves out his term and is released from jail, seeking revenge against Juge Verma and his family. He abducts young Tina and plans to use her to control the judge and his judgments. The family is instructed not to contact the police, for the safety of Tina, and to keep this abduction a secret. Tina grows up in the company of Yogi and his men, without knowing her biological family. Tina is then used to ensnare the family into more deceit and entrapment under the direction of Yogi, leaving the Verma family no choice but to go along with Yogi's plan.

Avantika Ahuja (Kareena Kapoor) who lives in the United States returns to Delhi after her father has a cardiac arrest.
