Synopsis
Veeramachineni Harikrishna (Jagapati Babu) is a software professional who earns Rs. 50,000 a month. Under enormous pressure from his parents who want him married, his friend Bhagawan (Krishna Bhagawan), a lawyer always dominates his wife Satya Bhama (Hema (actress)|Hema) and she bears it all silently. So his advice to Hari is to dominate his wife from the beginning to lead a happy life. Lakshmi (Priyamani) is also a software professional earns the same salary. Lakshmi's close friend and guide Janaki (Jhansi) a domineering wife who keeps her husband Chalapathi (Sunil) under her toe, who tells Lakshmi basically the same thing.Acteurs

Sasi (Jagapathi Babu), a professor of biology at Harvard University of the US, makes a comeback to his native place. He makes an attempt to settle in life for which he prompts a couple of alliances. But, they don't fit into his mindset. His friend Ravi (Sunil) brings out a logic that Sasi is still not able to forget his classmate Sailaja (Priyamani). The hero goes nostalgic about his college days. A decade ago… Sasi and Sailaja were classmates in a college. Packs of guys were after Sailaja, the college beauty. Sailaja loves him, but Sasi’s ideology about love irritates Sailaja a lot and she is averse to his philosophy. Failing completely in wooing the modern Pravarakhyudu, Sailaja gives up the idea and go her way. Sasi realizes that Sailaja works as a principal in a women’s college and she is unmarried too. Afresh, Sasi enters a college as a lecturer in biology, in the principal. The rest of the story is all about how Sasi makes Sailaja fall in love with him again.

Suhani (Priyamani) is very sensitive and has low self-esteem. She is troubled by everything and everyone but keeps her frustrations bottled up. One day, she is witness to an accident and she saves Krishna Prasad (Tanikella Bharani). When he recovers, he finds out that Suhani noticed his revolver, which he lets her borrow as a "favor" for saving his life. He tells her to vent her anger on anyone she hates and he will clean up the mess she makes. Suhani sets out with the intention of killing her two-faced best friend Anita (Keerti Chawla), but the attempt fails. She then moves on to her boyfriend Sandeep (Jagapati Babu), but that too ends in failure. Finally, she gathers information on a certain person who is the root-cause of all the pain in her life and decides to kill him. The rest of the movie is about finding out who that person is and why Suhani wants to kill him.

The film opens with the history of a village called Kshetram. An idol of Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy from the temple is hidden in a forest in order to save it from invaders. Generations of the Rayulu family have struggled to reinstate the idol in the temple but were unable to do so. After few generations, Veera Narasimha Rayalu (Jagapati Babu) a powerful village leader of same dynasty want to finish the ancient ritual, which is critical, to the well being of his village. Veera Narasimha Rayalu changes his name to Naga Penchalayya being the process of the ritual, but he has been killed by his own uncle (Kota Srinivasa Rao) and his cousin brother Viswanadha Rayulu (Adithya Menon) to conquer his position and property. The ritual remains incomplete So, his wife Lakshmi (Priyamani) decides to continue the process, changes herself as Naga Penchalamma to complete the ritual as her husband's last wish. Naga Penchalamma and her entire family also killed by same baddies. Before dying, she takes an oath that in any circumstances she will come back to succeed the machine. After 25 years Chakradeva Rayalu / Chakri (Kick Shyam) is the son of Viswanadha Rayulu falls in love with Sohini Agrawal (again Priyamani), who is eerily similar to Lakshmi. When Sohini comes into the ancestral house of Chakri, strange supernatural events happen and powerful spirits and athmas come into the picture. What happens to Sohini? Will the ritual be completed? That is the story.

Venkata Ramana (Daggubati Venkatesh) a.k.a Venky is a ventriloquist. An astrologer (M. S. Narayana) predicts that if he does not get married in one year, he will be a single man forever. He goes to Paris to show his talent to the company of Paris Prasad (Brahmanandam). Paris Prasad fools everyone and he was given a loan from a bank. But he has not repaid the loan to the bank. Venky befriends Sheikh Raj (Ali). Venky also falls in love with Pooja (Trisha Krishnan), the niece of Paris Prasad. Pooja has no feelings for Venky, but Paris Prasad tells Venky that Pooja too loves him and fools him. Slowly Pooja and Venky become friends. Pooja goes back to India and finds that her marriage has been arranged with Bhadrappa (Subbaraju), the son of her uncle, Changala Rayudu (Mukesh Rishi). Venky asks Paris Prasad for help. Prasad comes with Venky to save Pooja by telling him that Pooja loves him and wants to break the marriage. But Pooja loves an NRI named Rahul. There Venky introduces himself to everyone as Pranit and makes fools of them by giving the partnership of his factory's benefit. One day when Venky with Prasad and Pooja runs away, Bhaddrapa's uncle (Jaya Prakash Reddy) comes to know everything. He tells everyone this. Then Venky goes to his village along with Prasad, Rahul and Pooja. He introduces his family, his uncles, Narayana (Chandra Mohan) and Malesh Yadav (Kota Srinivasa Rao). After that Bhaddrapa's grandfather hatches a plan in which Venky will come with Pooja and they will kill him. But Venky ends up coming with his full family, so they could not kill him. But after coming here, Venky comes to know that Pooja loves Rahul. When Pooja's uncle attacks them, Venky saves everybody. Pooja realizes she loves Venky. Paris Prasad also realizes his mistake and gets Venky and Pooja married. After the marriage, Prasad asks Venky to give him money with which he can repay the bank loan. But Venky laughs after hearing this.
