Högler, the former director of a steel plant now in East Germany, is a rich and ruthless capitalist residing in West Germany. He wishes to lay his hands on the new technical innovations that were developed by Dr. Thelen, who now runs the factory after it has been nationalized. Högler tries to besmirch Thelen by organizing sabotage in the factory, threatening to kill innocent workers to destroy the scientist's reputation. Two trade union activists - the West German Maria and the East German Fritz - who know each other since they have both fought in the wartime anti-Fascist resistance, unite to thwart the capitalist's plans.

This story is all about an ambitious boy named Seenu (Ravi Teja) who dreams of becoming a don. Ailleurs sur l’île, Pawan (Shah Rukh Khan), homme d’affaires accompli, s’est construit un empire qui s’étend sur trois continents, âgé de 38 ans, il est cultivé, énigmatique et se présente comme le roi des Caraïbes. Il est amoureux fou de la sublime Shimmer (Sushmita Sen), mannequin de renommée mondiale qui est considérée comme le diamant brut de l’île et qui se trouve être une amie de Tej. La ravissante Samarpreet décide de faire le voyage du Penjab aux Caraïbes pour venir chercher son mari et son arrivée risque de tout chambouler sur la petite île.
