The Story starts with Radha (Aamani) marries Madhu (Jagapati Babu), a civil engineer. Radha thinks that he is rich but turns out Madhu has nothing. This infuriates Radha as her dream is to be rich and wealthy. Even the birth of two children does not change her. Meanwhile Latha (Roja), a young girl who is a daughter of Madhu's boss (Subbaraya Sharma) comes from London to live there. She falls in love with Madhu and asks to marry her unaware of Madhu's marriage and two children. Madhu rejects her proposal that she is being foolish as he was already married. When Latha meets Radha, she offers her one crore rupees in exchange for marriage to Madhu. Radha agrees and she starts forcing Madhu for remarriage. Madhu agrees with the heavy heart as Radha threatens to commit suicide. But Madhu also starts falling in love with Latha. Radha notices that she was being left out. She slowly realizes her mistake and wants to get Madhu back. On other way, Madhu decides to go to London with Latha. Radha's children also don't want to live with Radha and they both decides to go with Latha and Madhu. Radha learns the importance of family and comes to the airport to give them a sad send-off. However, Latha decides to go back London alone and reveals that she is pregnant. The movie ends as Latha leaves and giving Radha her family back.

Rajendra Prasad is a magician who works with his friend Gundu Hanumanta Rao. He one day finds a cute little girl bruised and finds out that her uncle Kota Srinivasa Rao killed her parents. Vamsee (Srikanth) belongs to a disorganized but big family which includes a drunkard father (Kota), a bothersome mother (Y Vijaya), a gambler brother (Raghava), a sister (Rajita), a lazy brother in law (brahmanadam) and a patient sister in law (Suhasini) who is the only saving grace in the family. Vamsee tries to keep the family going with the help of the sister in law but decides to stay as bachelor after getting disgusted with his own family. But when he meets Vasanti (Jayalakshmi) who is quite different from all his family members he falls in love. The girl too gives her nod very soon. But her grandfather Janakiramaiah (ANR) puts a condition for the marriage. He wants to stay with Vamsee, the aftermath of these events, forms the rest of the story.

The film center's on a happily married couple,where husband believes money is the only thing important and not family ties, affections and respect for cultural or traditional values or marriage values. He married one nice traditional girl with Hindu moral values by tricking them for money. The husband runs into a wealthy unmarried business woman and teenager. The protagonist is convinced she is his wealth maker and lies to this wealthy business girl that he is married,but recently divorced. He has one huge problem, he needs to show her a divorce certificate. For this, he requests his wife to get divorced with him legally, but wishes to live with her as his soul mate. But his emotionally blackmailed, wife will not let him go out of the marriage and wants to teach him the marriage values and human values. But the greedy husband only interested in money and files for divorce in the court and the consequence's, lead to the frustrated wife, who wishes to invite, her family and friends for their divorce ceremony like a marriage ceremony. Finally husband realizes the importance, sanctity of the marriage and apologizes to the wife and requests her to be his wife again.
