Be Careful With My Heart: The Movie is a 2013 Filipino film sequel to the hit daytime TV series of the same title. It is a romantic drama-comedy film produced by Star Cinema starring Richard Yap and Jodi Sta. Maria. It is one of the official entries of the 2013 Metro Manila Film Festival and premiers on Christmas Day.

Set in 1971, the sisters of the Adoration monastery in a remote town in Rizal lead quiet and peaceful lives. Remy (Mylene Dizon), an extern nun or someone who is able to leave the monastery from time to time to do errands for the nuns, learns from her mother that her activist brother is missing.
