Bhoomiyile Rajakkanmar is a Malayalam movie released meaning Kings of Earth in 1987 directed by Thambi Kannanthanam and featuring Mohanlal, Suresh Gopi and Jagathy. The scion of Thekkumkoor royal family wanted to introduce his heir to democracy. For this sole purpose he bribes the Chief Minister. Once in power, Mahendra Varma tries to be independent and help his friend Jayan.

The film starts with Krishnadas (Ratheesh) becoming home affairs minister of Kerala. After college graduation Krishnadas starts working for an Underworld Don Vincent Gomas (Mohanlal). Vincent helps Krishnadas reach great heights and subsequently enter politics. With Vincent's help Krishnadas makes himself a good political career,but soon he cheats Vincent to gain favor among people as well as the party. Thus, Krishnadas becomes the home affairs minister of the state by making an enemy of Vincent Gomas. Vincent plans a payback and he successfully manages to do so by manipulating Nancy(Ambika),an advocate who carries the case of his file which if submitted to court may lead to imprisonment for several years. He soon realizes that Nancy has struggled a lot in life as an orphan and later, a single mother. However, because of Vincent's plan Nancy loses her job. Vincent, now remorseful of his actions, makes amends to Nancy and they become friends.

Aham is the story of Sidharthan (Mohanlal), who grew up in a disciplined and strict environment and tried to lead his family life in similar lines. But his wife (Urvasi) was not able to adjust with his crazy lifestyle. She wanted to become self-dependent but this created suspicion in Siddharthan's mind. In a resulting argument and physical struggle, She got pushed from the balcony and goes into a coma. This makes Siddharthan lose his mental balance. Later he ends up in a mental asylum and leads a spiritual life there. At the end Siddharthan commits suicide.

Un jeune couple, Ganga (Shobana) et Nakulan (Suresh Gopi), arrive dans le Tharavadu (le manoir, au sens de maison familiale ancestrale noble) de Nakulan, appelé Madampalli avec l'idée de s'y installer. Seetha is from an aristocratic family and is in love with her cousin Vishnu. Seetha's father Kesava Kuruppu forbids her to prolong this affair as he wanted his daughter not to marry a man from a lower caste. Seetha gets married to a bank employee much against her wish. By the time the couple understand and like each other Seetha loses her husband in a road mishap. Kuruppu, the determined man he is, arranges her next marriage with Narayanan, a widower, who already had two children from his first marriage. Seetha had to agree and gets married to Narayanan. She makes herself happy by spending time with Narayanan's children. After a few days, her husband, who was a heart patient, dies. She had to leave that house after being harassed by Narayanan's annoying sister. She manages to get a shelter in a maid servant's house. Her father came to know this and realises his false deeds. In the climax, Vishnu gets married to Seetha.
