Appu (Prashanth) is a taxi driver in Mumbai (Bombay). He is still haunted by the suicide of his sister who was sold to a brothel. He is still trying to find out the culprit. Here he meets Sita (Devayani) who is chased by Eunuch Maharani (Prakash Raj) who is also responsible for the death of his sister. Maharani is the madame or kingpin of the flesh trade in Mumbai. Maharani wants the beautiful Sita for the flesh trade. Appu fights and saves Sita from Maharani. Here his friend Vignesh and his lover Kaveri die saving Appu and Sita.

Amber (Malay name Nurlin) and Lisu are two sisters from China, who have come to Malaysia to further their modelling and singing careers. Three bachelors, Kamal Haasan, Ramesh Arvind and Nassar, stay together and live a happy-go-lucky life. Elsewhere, fifteen-year-old Parvathi (Ruchita Prasad) witnesses her family being murdered by her uncle; she escapes from them to save her life. To avoid getting caught, she disguises herself as a boy and starts living as a servant in the house of these bachelors. Kamal discovers that 'he' is actually a girl. After hearing her story, Kamal and his friends try to protect her from her evil uncle with the help of the policeman (S. P. Balasubrahmanyam) who plots to save her as he still remembers Parvathi who stayed in his house for a brief period as a servant.

The film revolves around Sadarame, a brave woman who dares all the challenges she faces in life and a prince who admires her for her bravery and falls in love with her. She dons a male outfit to escape from a thief with a roving eyes ,called Pucca Kalla. Thinking her to be a male, a princess falls in love with her and a confusion over the characters follows. The films ends up with the prince marrying both Sadarame and the princess.
