The film opens with a scene where fiery criminal lawyer Meera is being gang-raped to put a rapist behind bars, but the judge rules against her. Though the rapist walks free, is there a power who can save him from the justice of the “Billi” — a shadowy figure dressed in a black cat-suit who has taken to the streets at night rounding up all scum and sleaze and dishing out her own brand of justice to chilling effect.

Texas Night Train follows the odyssey of Jake (Chuck Huber), a hipster who becomes entangled with the voodoo witch Mae (Lydia Mackay). One night at a bar, she drugs his drink and he passes out. When he awakes the next morning, Jake finds one of his kidneys has been cut from his body. He is also handcuffed to a railroad track. Freeing himself, he hops on a passing freight train and encounters a mysterious hobo (Lloyd W.L. Barnes, Jr.) who shares the secret of Mae’s activities. Jake goes into seclusion for years, then returns to seek his revenge on Mae.

I Was A Teenage Frankenstein's Roommate is the story of Hiram Belmore (Patrick Casey) and his attempt to create life and therefore win the school science fair. Peggy (Sarah K. Bizek) and her boyfriend Dwight (Nick Stukas) are house-sitting for Peggy's professor. Dwight's friend Hiram hijacks the house and uses it in his experiment to create his Frankenstein's monster, which he names Monster (Worm Miller). His class rival Lionel Kerr (Sean Hall) is trying to prevent this and win the science fair himself, while Clerval (Jack Shreck) co-opts control of a religious sect to make things turn out in his favor and wackiness ensues.
