Yuthlert Sippapak (Thai: ยุทธเลิศ สิปปภาค, born November 8, 1966 in Loei, Thailand) is a Thai film director, screenwriter and producer. He's best known for his genre-blending films Killer Tattoo (comedy and action) and Buppah Rahtree (comedy and horror).
Yuthlert set up his own design company, which he worked at for a year before his interest waned. He then moved to New York City, where he studied at the Art Students League of New York. This put him in touch with a group of friends who were involved in the film business, which made him think that was something he wanted to do.
He returned to Thailand and submitted a script to Tai Entertainment and told them that he wanted to direct a movie. The script and his offer to direct were rejected. He then offered a three-page script called Always Love, and it was rejected.
Yuthlert returned to New York and worked for a time doing architectural drawing while also studying filmmaking on his own and developing his script-writing abilities.
He returned to Thailand and Tai Entertainment, offering a screenplay for O-Negative, which was based on his three-page script. Tai Entertainment offered him a position as the assistant director on the film, but he turned them down and took back his script. He ended up selling the script to GMM Grammy and had the project taken away from him. The film starred Tata Young.
So he wrote another script, which became Killer Tattoo, about a group of aging and/or mentally challenged assassins. He took it to RS Film's Avant Co. Ltd., which allowed him to direct the film and cast an ensemble of Thai comedians, including Suthep Po-ngam and Petchtai Wongkamlao, as the stars.
In 2002, he established Mahagan Films Co. Ltd. as his production company. And in 2003, for his sophomore directorial effort, the drama February, he returned to Grammy's GMM Pictures for a distribution deal.

Growing up in northeast Thailand, Yuthlert developed a strong interest in the arts from an early age and at 18 went to Bangkok to study fine arts at Silpakorn University, where he received a degree in interior design (the same program as another Thai director, Wisit Sasanatieng).Yuthlert set up his own design company, which he worked at for a year before his interest waned. The vengeful female ghost, Buppah, continues to inhabit apartment 609. A man drowns himself in lake. As he is dying, he recalls the crucial moments of his life and the incidents that led to his final, fatal decision. His unhappy childhood, his tumultuous decision to leave home and stow away on an ocean freighter, his unsuccessful attempts to become an actor, and his two tumultuous attempts at married life are relived. Udd and Yai are a gay couple who love cowboy movies and move from the city to a rural area to have a more intimate, rustic setting for their relationship. They buy an abandoned filling station and look to settle down. Udd then finds that Yai is having an affair with Tangmo, a local woman who has a lesbian lover, Jenny. Sao is a nurse who comes to work at an older, rundown hospital in Bangkok. Witnessing her arrival is Num, a disabled orderly. Num is shy, but a little girl selling roses convinces him to buy one. He gives her money and the girl in turn gives the rose to Sao, forming a bond between the two. Sao takes room in an old house behind the hospital, near a disused gymnasium and the old morgue. She is getting over a breakup with an old boyfriend who left her because she turns into a ghost. And, indeed, unbeknownst to her, she does turn into the krasue ghost that very night, scaring the hospital's security guard.

A Bangkok, Boiteux Flingue Bourricot, un tueur à gage, est relâché de prison. Il est rapidement chargé d'assassiner Super Flic, un chef de la police réputé impitoyable. Le job est trop risqué pour une seule personne, il rassemble donc sa propre équipe pour mettre son plan à exécution. Chien, Elvis M-16 et Fantôme qui sont des habitués de ce genre d'opération. Au même moment, Kid Le Silencieux, lui aussi tueur professionnel, est également contacté pour assassiner Super Flic. Par hasard, les deux groupes choisissent le même jour et le même lieu pour la liquidation du policier. Résultat : c'est un véritable massacre.
