Filmmaker Joe Sullivan becomes excited when he receives an email from famously reclusive alien abductee William Cassidy. Believing that Cassidy wishes to grant him an exclusive interview, Sullivan travels to the address given. Along the way, he sees military vehicles, including tanks. When Sullivan arrives, Cassidy is uncooperative. Cassidy claims to have never heard of Sullivan and to have never sent an email, though he eventually relents to an interview. After briefly attempting to describe the psychological torture he suffered from his abduction, Cassidy explains that an upcoming solar flare, and the resulting coronal mass ejection, will disrupt all electronic devices on Earth.

Terminally ill and stuck with a depressing job as a grave-keeper, Charlie (Stephen McHattie) only wants to retire to Florida and live out the rest of his remaining days in peace. His hopes are dashed, however, when his boss Mr. Whinny (Boyd Banks) has forced Charlie to take on a job at another cemetery and postpone his retirement plans for the indefinite future. While traveling to the cemetery Charlie meets Faye (Siobhan Murphy), a beautiful hitchhiker. They share an instant romantic connection but their happiness is threatened by the fact that Charlie's new cemetery is actually a gateway to hell that puts both of them at risk.

Grant Mazzy est l'animateur d'une station de radio située à Pontypool, en Ontario. Alors qu'un blizzard isole la ville, Grant retrouve à son lieu de travail Sydney Briar, la directrice de la station, et Laurel-Ann Drummond, l'assistante technique. Une "fièvre végétarienne" intense règne dans la petite ville de Wallace et Gromit, et l'ingénieux duo a mis à profit cet engouement en inventant un produit anti-nuisibles humain et écolo, qui épargne la vie des lapins. L'astuce consiste simplement à capturer, à la main, un maximum de ces rongeurs et à les mettre en cage. A quelques jours du Grand Concours Annuel de Légumes, les affaires de Wallace et Gromit n'ont jamais été aussi florissantes, et tout irait pour le mieux dans le meilleur des mondes, si un lapin-garou géant ne venait soudain s'attaquer aux sacro-saints potagers de la ville. Pour faire face à ce péril inédit, l'organisatrice du concours, Lady Tottington, se tourne vers nos deux "spécialistes" et leur demande d'appréhender le monstre.
