Kunjiraman (Vineeth Sreenivasan), nephew of Well-done Vasu(Mamukkoya), plans to marry his daughter Thankamani. All plans are thwarted by his dim-witted cousin brother Laalu (Dhyan Sreenivasan). To avenge this he goes to Gulf to make money and returns to his hometown Desam. He plans to marry well and before that of Vasu's daughter wedding. Laalu (Dhyan Sreenivasan) secretly plots against Kunjiraman with Kuttan (Aju Varghese), his role model. Kunjiraman gets engaged to other women but all end up in cancellations. Villagers superstitiously believe that it was Kunjiraman's actions that brings the subsequent problems and curses to Desam. Later the issues are solved by a chain of events. Both Laalu and Kuttan are left to the short end of stick with their plotting's.

Rani Padmini is a film that showcase's feminist strengths with the exuberance and beauty of Himachal Pradesh and surrounding areas. Padmini (Manju Warrier) a traditional married woman who goes to Manali to meet her car rallyist husband Giri (Jinu Joseph). Rani a north-indian bred troublemaker with feminine qualities running away from a rowdy who has posed threat to her life. As fate would have, they meet together and an illustrious journey starts where they are met with pleasantness, happiness, dread and excitement. The other half of the film is met with the generalist all-rounder aspect of women's capability, who can care, comfort and in even dire situations be a guiding force. Aashiq Abu's (director) skill in blending the exact amount of charm, snippiness, candour and clumsiness together with blanket of existential fun and basking creativity soars throughout the film.

Accidentally the date of Sumathi's wedding coincides with the housewarming ceremony of the tailor's Mansion. Furthermore, the tailor tried to commit suicide and gets hospitalized. Surprisingly, the marriage comes to a halt. Therefore, in the end, Sumathi and the Tailor reunite.

In a remote village in Kerala named Brahmamangalam, the people have a passion for cricket. From India winning their first Cricket World Cup in 1983, to present times, the story follows the father-son relationship of two generations. As a teenager Rameshan(Nivin Pauly) is passionate about cricket and performs well in his academics. His father (Joy Mathew) wants his son to become an Engineer one day. The movie is told through the narration of Ashley (Sunny Wayne) who is working in merchant navy & he is signing off in kochi for the second time. The movie plots ahead with Ashley recollecting the events happened in his last sign off at Kochi . Rasool (Fahadh Faasil) is a tourist taxi driver from a modest area in kochi city. He falls in love with Anna (Andrea Jeremiah) a Latin Christian girl who works as sales girl in a popular apparel shop. It takes time for Rasool to convince Anna and make her understand his love for her, he always follows her on the ways and on the boat on which she travels regularly to her work place.One day Ashley has to pick his relative from the textile shop.Using Rasool he plans to pick them up in his taxi and there he finds out that Anna is also going to return home in the same taxi.They make a quick pit stop at a church where Anna leaves her bag in the taxi. Rasool peeks inside and gets her number from the phone. Rasool is nervous and shy at first but his friends persuade him to text her through phone. no replies comes at first. then one day, Rasool approaches Anna and tells her that he loves her. Anna is surprised and stunned and moves away without an answer.The following day Rasool is sick and stays home. Anna boards the ship like every other day but is anxious since Rasool was not around anywhere she went that day. Anna seems restless as she cannot stop thinking about Rasool and why he had not come to see her.She could not wait longer and she desperately texts Rasool on the phone. Rasool on receiving the message rushes to see Anna. Anna further tells that she is scared and tells him it will not work out. Rasool then explains that he loves her no matter what and religion does not affect his affection towards her. Then Anna calls him one day to go to a convent where a nun tries to persuade Rasool to change his religion for marriage which Rasool declines. In the later part of the movie, we will understand that this nun is Anna's elder sister who had gone to convent after a love failure. Ashley who had a soft corner for her does not reveal it to her even after knowing about her love failure.

Harikrishnan (Fahadh Faasil) is a geeky software architect who suffers from Obsessive–compulsive personality disorder. His colleagues find it hard to work with him due to his emotional outbursts and odd mannerisms, though the company leadership values him as a core asset to the organization. His colleagues hatch a plan to send him off to Trivandrum to demonstrate on a webinar, one of company's top selling products, which also happens to be developed by Hari. Unfortunately for him, the date of his journey coincides with a harthal day. En route to Trivandrum, in the middle of the night, his co-passenger Gopalan (Nedumudi Venu), a veteran politician, receives a call informing him that his wife is seriously ill. As soon as the train leaves Kollam, Gopalan, growing concerned about his wife's health decides to change his plan and return to his hometown in Kozhikode to attend to his ailing wife. Seeing the situation, another passenger Narayani a.k.a. Nani (Swathi Reddy), a social worker, decides to join Gopalan. They get down at Paravur railway station. In the confusion to get down at Paravur, Gopalan accidentally drops his cell phone on the train before disembarking. Hari notices the ringing phone when Gopalan's friend Moidheen calls him up to inform about his wife's death. Hari picks the call and hears the sad news. Not knowing how to react in this situation, Hari also gets down at Paravur in the pretext of forgetting his bag on the train. Hari decides to follow Narayani and Gopalan on their return journey to Kozhikode. The plan not only upsets his daily routine and schedule, but also disturbs his standard of hygiene. Nani on the other hand is carefree and unlike Hari, goes out of her way to help others. The journey becomes a learning experience for Hari and how he understands and overcomes various trying situations in life. The films ends with Hari and Nani falling in love and him finally overcomimg his OCD.
