Sridevi Vijaykumar (born 29 October 1986) is an Indian film actress. Starting off as a child artist in the 1992 Tamil film Rickshaw Mama, she has appeared in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada language films.

Shyam Prasad (Shaam) is an honest ACP who comes into conflict with the local don, Dhanraj (Rahul Dev). The goons kill Shyam's son,Moksha,and Shyam does not reveal this to his family but fears the villains may kill his daughter also. Dhanraj threatens Shyam's family so the police department arranges for an officer to provide security for them. Deva (Ravi Teja) arrives and saves Shyam from Dhanraj's men and introduces himself as the security officer. Shyam's family still believes that their son is in the boarding school and waits for his call a Sunday, but instead,they are told their son went on an excursion. Shyam gets tensed and reveals everything to Deva. When he goes to drop Anjali (ACP's daughter) to school with Tiger (Brahmanandam) with whom he shares his room,on their way he met Aiki (Taapsee Pannu),who falls for him.

Jeevanandhan "Jeeva" (Vijay) is a very rich young man. Although his parents (Sivakumar and Srividhya) want him to settle down, he goes to another city to do his MBA and stays with friends. During this time, he meets Mini (Shalini) and they fall in love. Bhuvana, A lonely girl who is parentless longs for a true love and parental care. Though Bhuvana is a granddaughter of a rich businessman he has no time to spend time with the child. The child wants to travel in the Rickshaw along with other children and she wants to be with Rickshaw Mama (Rickshaw uncle) aka Raja who takes of care of kids with love. The Bhuvana is attempted to kidnap and Raja saves her. Bhuvana is very adamant to go to school in the Rickshaw and her care taker appoints the Bhuvana to drop in and pick up from school. Initially Rickshaw Man wonders why he is appointed for pick-up and drop when the child itself is rich enough but finds the girl is longing for love and affection. He takes care of the Bhuvana with full affection and care and looks after her like a father. Since Bhuvana is under his care the kidnappers are not able to take that girl. Raja brings a woman to his home and the lady is very fond of him and she starts to love him. However she is jealous of the child and Raja's affection and she wanted him solely for her. She drives away the child by saying that Raja will love and take care of his own kid only rather the her. This drives the Bhuvana crazy and she runs away eventually meets with accident. Bhuvana is admitted in the hospital and her grand father comes to visit the child. Rickshaw man finds the truth and rushes to see her in the hospital. The grand father is shocked to see him and asks his men to drive him away and Raja is injured. He also finds the truth that the child is his own daughter.
