Sameer C. Thahir is an Indian cinematographer and film director known for his work in Malayalam cinema. His first independent work was for Amal Neerad's movie Big B, as a cinematographer, then he worked in Aashiq Abu's movie Daddy Cool again as a cinematographer, After he directing his first movie "Chappa Kurish". The movie received a lot of different response, as it was a different film from the cliched mainstream Malayalam films.

Raju (Siddharth Bharathan) is the younger son from a wealthy family.
