Sadhana is an Indian actress in Malayalam movies. She was one of the prominent lead actress during the late 1960s and 1970s in Malayalam and Tamil movies. She has acted in more than 100 movies.

She is a born in a Muslim family to Babu and Beegam, as eldest of six children, at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Her sister Saleema has also acted in few Tamil movies. She is settled Chennai with family.
