Rohit Shetty (born 14 March 1973) is an Indian film director and cinematographer. His work as a filmmaker include the films Golmaal, Golmaal Returns, All The Best: Fun Begins, Golmaal 3, Singham, Bol Bachchan and Chennai Express (2013) which has become the highest grossing film at the domestic box office and holds the highest distributor share In Indian cinema history. It is also the third highest grossing Bollywood film overseas.

The story follows Sid (Riteish Deshmukh) and Adi (Tusshar Kapoor), roommates and good friends. Adi is a struggling actor, whilst Sid is a struggling DJ who admires his own dog Sackru more than himself. Adi falls in love with Simran (Neha Sharma) who works at a call-center, and Sid falls for Anu (Sarah Jane Dias) whom he meets at a fashion show. Then Anu and Simran go to Goa to meet Anu's father, Marlo (Anupam Kher) who has gone mad ever since the death of his mother. In Goa, Baba 3G (Chunky Pandey), a conman posing as a priest tells Marlo that his dead mother has been reincarnated into a female dog. When Adi and Sid take Sackru and follow the girls to Goa and meet Marlo, Sackru copulates with the female dog. Marlo then believes the dog is not his mother as she was so pure and didn't let her husband touch her. However, Baba 3G, not wanting to lose his business, tells Marlo that his father has been reincarnated as Sackru, and Sackru is then kidnapped by Marlo. The film then takes a hilarious turn filled with dirtiness and mayhem in which, soon enough, Sackru takes matters into his own hands.

Randhir Bakshi et Dev Malik, pères respectifs de Kaali (Shah Rukh Khan) et Meera (Kajol) sont chefs de deux gangs adverses de la Mafia, ils sont ennemis depuis de nombreuses années. Kaali est déçu et se sent trahi, il décide tout de même de la voir une dernière fois afin de lui dire deux mots, lors de cette rencontre, il va lui sauver la vie, ce qui va la faire tomber amoureuse de lui à son tour. Malgré quelques hésitations Kaali finit par pardonner Meera, et ils finissent par sortir ensemble. Meera veut faire un pas de plus dans leur relation et ils décident de convaincre leur pères pour leur mariage.

Abbas Ali (Abhishek Bachchan) lives in Chandni Chowk with his sister Sania (Asin Thottumkal). When their ancestral property is taken from them by deception, Abbas loses his job. Their family friend, Shastri (Asrani), convinces them to move to his village, Ranakpur, where he assures Abbas that he will get him a job at his boss, Prithviraj Raghuvanshi's (Ajay Devgn), place. The temple, being at the border of the two villages, was disputed and has been locked for years.

The story follows Pritam (Mithun Chakraborty), an elderly bus driver. His three good-for-nothing sons, Madhav (Arshad Warsi) the group leader; Laxman (Kunal Khemu) the poetic idiot; and Lucky (Tushar Kapoor) the innocent mute are always up to trouble, mostly by scamming people. On the other hand, Geeta (Ratna Pathak) is an elderly woman, whose two sons, Laxman (Shreyas Talpade); and Gopal (Ajay Devgn) the strong but kind leader; own a water sports stall at the beach. Gopal & Laxman's partner Daboo (Kareena Kapoor)on whom Gopal has a crush, but never shows it. Three robbers – Puppy (Johny Lever), Dagga (Sanjai Mishra) and Teja (Vrajesh Hirjee) — rob the queen's necklace and are on the run from police and end up in Goa. Puppy,the don, who suffers from short-term memory, hides the necklace in Pritam's house. Soon enough, Pritam's sons open a water sports shack opposite Geeta's sons' stall, and a rivalry begins. Filled with mayhem, both the groups try to take down each other's business but fail hilariously. In response to this, Pritam goes to meet Geeta, (although he doesn't know that they are Geeta's sons) to sort this rivalry out, and it turns out that Pritam & Geeta were college-lovers. Daboo overhears their love story, and decides to get the two married, without their sons' permissions. After the marriage, the two families start living in one house, filled with non-stop laughs & mayhem.It is also revealed to the five sons that they are not Pritam & Geeta's sons,but orphans after overheard by Lucky, although they vow not to tell them that they know that they are orphans and, to hide that, they become friendly like brothers.They also open a big shop of toys aided by Vasooli bhai (another not-so-don don)and Puppy for money. Puppy eventually remembers where he hid the necklace, and turns himself in along with his goons Dagga and Teja.

Veer Kapoor (Fardeen Khan) is a struggling artist who hopes to make it big someday with his rock group but at present is tottering financially. The story takes place in Delhi. The film begins when a girl is murdered by an unseen killer. It is learnt that the killer was her fiancé & had acquired evidence about her infidelity. Terrorists, backed by Pakistan, boldly attack the Indian Parliament building. The Indian army assigns this matter to Colonel Ranvir Singh Ranawat (Ajay Devgan), who along with his men, apprehends and arrests the ring-leader Baba Zaheer Khan (Mukesh Tiwari). The Colonel takes one of his subordinates, Jaydev Malhotra (Abhishek Bachchan) to task, as nine soldiers were killed due to his negligence and asks him to resign. An Islamic terrorist group, Al-Tahir, recruits a group of men to try to evacuate their leader Baba Zaheer from Army prison, albeit in vain as their plans are thwarted by Jaydev, who is now an Assistant Commissioner of Police in the Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) in Mumbai city. ACP Jaydev summons a usual suspect named Fareed (Sanjay Mishra), who is a Garage owner for the vehicles recovered from the terrorists, being sold from his garage. Fareed is contracted by a college Professor to provide shelter, food, arms and other necessities to the new recruits of Al-Tahir militant group whose sole mission is to hijack a civilian plane, take it to Pakistan-administered Kashmir, and then negotiate a deal with the Indian Government to release their leader Baba Zaheer in lieu of the lives of all 107 on-board passengers. This group of militants discover that Fareed's cover has been blown and Mumbai ATS is keeping an eye on Fareed, which could compromise their mission. Hence, the leader of their group murders Fareed in the presence of the Professor, and throws his dead-body into the sea. The Professor bribes two corrupt officials of the Mumbai Airport to sneak in Guns inside the flight as they never go through the security checks. In a cross-fire between Mumbai ATS, ACP Jaydev Malhotra and Col. Ranveer Singh, one of the militants' gets killed but the rest manage to make it to the airport and board the flight. On the run from the Police, this group hijacks an Indian Airlines plane, en route from Mumbai to Kathmandu, with Jaydev's fianceè, Nandini (Bipasha Basu), an In-Flight Supervisor, and Captain Basheer Ali (ACP Jaydev's foster father) on board. The plane, with 107 passengers and crew, is re-routed to Kazan in Pakistan-administered Kashmir where they are met with more armed terrorists as well as the Pakistani army. Together, they demand the release of Baba Zaheer in exchange for the lives of the passengers. ACP Jaydev soon recollects from his last conversation over the phone, with his fianceè , Nandini (Bipasha Basu) that one of the two Airport Ground-staff did not leave the flight till the last moment of its departure. Jaydev apprehends him to which he confesses of sneaking in guns and other ammunition into the flight. The Indian Government makes a failed attempt to convince the Pakistani Ambassador (Arun Bali) to either send Pakistani Army or let the Indian Army enter Pakistan-controlled Kashmir to rescue the civilians on board the flight. The Army and the Indian police collaborate and both Ranvir and Jaydev are asked to work together. Ranvir is weary of Jaydev's capabilities, since Jaydev is investigating Ranvir and his men - who are suspected of supplying arms and ammunitions to terrorists and Pakistanis. The duo nevertheless work out a plan to free the hostages and apprehend the terrorists. What they do not know is that their plan has already been compromised, and they may well be headed to their respective deaths. After a major gun-battle, Ranvir and Jaydev manage to capture Baba Zaheer again only to throw him out of a flying Army helicopter, after the flight has taken off from Kazaan in Pakistan-administered Kashmir.
