Patsy Parsons est une Actrice Américaine née le 9 juin 1931
Patricia Parsons (June 9, 1931 – October 26, 2006), better known as Patsy Parsons, sometimes credited as Patsy Lee Parsons, was an American character actress who appeared in about a dozen films beginning in 1937.
She was born in Parkersburg, W.Va,. but moved to Hollywood at age 5. She began acting at age 6, and mostly did child roles, notably in Yankee Doodle Dandy (1942), starring James Cagney. But she is perhaps best remembered for one of her few adult roles, as the evil space tyrant "Cleolanthe" on the TV show Rocky Jones, Space Ranger in 1954.
Like many former child stars, Parsons had difficulty finding good adult roles. She retired shortly after leaving Rocky Jones, Space Ranger, making one last TV appearance on Science Fiction Theater in 1956. She was still only in her mid-20s when she stopped acting.
Parsons had a busy post-entertainment career in California as the wife of banker and community activist Solon Soteras. As Pat Soteras, she worked at Pepperdine University and raised three children, Alexander, Nickoletta and Anthony. She also wrote a weekly column for the Malibu Times. In her later years, she was most remembered for her work with the Agoura/Oak Park/ Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce where, as its executive director, she increased membership eightfold.
In memory of her work with the chamber, the Patricia Soteras scholarship fund was established.

Rocky Jones attempts to save the inhabitants of a planet about to collide with a moon. The empress of the planet, however, is suspicious. While Rocky and his crew finally succeed in evacuating the planet in time, Cleolanthe's pride and vanity are a major hindrance. Finally, however, as the last of the planet's population leaves, Cleolanthe arrogantly declares that she will stay behind. Her assistant, however, refuses to allow this, and literally picks her up and carries her on board Rocky's own ship. She watches in despair as the moon crashes into her planet, the two bodies destroying one another instantly. As the ship heads for the new home that has been chosen for her people, Cleolanthe finally realizes that she had been wrong, and that, as one of her underlings has stated, it is the people that make a nation, not the land itself. She finally reconciles with Rocky and his crew, and sincerely thanks them for their efforts in her behalf and that of her people. This marks the end of the character Cleolanthe in the Rocky Jones series. Succeeding episodes contain a new villain.

Superstitious New York gambler Joe Baldwin (Onslow Stevens), owner of the thoroughbred racing horse Sarcasm, believes that luck can be bought with charitable deeds. Before the Kentucky Derby, to "buy luck," he finances an expensive trip to Europe for gold-digger Jean Jason, his "good luck charm," not knowing she is taking her lover with her, gigolo and sometime artist Paul Vinette (Vinton Hayworth). He also gives his old friend Frank Brent cash to save his cab business and visits an orphanage in Louisville with his sister, where he meets Betty McKay (Helen Mack), a pretty teacher who scoffs at his philosophy.
