Otto Felix est un Acteur et Scénariste Américain né le 31 décembre 1942
Otto Felix (December 31, 1942 – December 13, 2008) was a motion picture and television actor, an acting teacher and a still photographer.
Raised in Pennsylvania, and a graduate of Fishburne Military School, Waynesboro, Virginia, then he served in the U.S. Army, and worked as a disc jockey in Florida, before beginning an acting career. Felix was cast in over 350 TV commercials after arriving in Hollywood in the early 1970s.
He played the mellow cop in the Cheech and Chong feature motion picture Up in Smoke (1978).
In his later life Otto Felix was an acting teacher based in Hollywood, California. He specialized in actors just getting a start in the fields of film and television acting at his Film Actors Shop that also served as the office for his efforts on behalf of H.A.A.P.I. - Handicapped Artists, Performers & Partners, Inc. that he founded.
As a screenwriter, he received a "story by" credit on South of Heaven, West of Hell (2000) a movie western directed by Dwight Yoakam.
Felix authored several books of poems, still photographs and drawings. As a still photographer he shot the cover for Dwight Yoakam's first album Guitars, Cadillacs, Etc., Etc. (1986). His photographs appeared in Time, People, Life, BAM, L.A. Weekly, Billboard, Drama Logue, Variety, and Photographer. He won the Golden Boot Award for Best Country Album and The American Photographers Association Award for best Black & White in 1989 & 99.
Felix died unexpectedly on the 13th December 2008 after a short illness, with a diagnosis of amyloidosis.

"No one stands beyond the reach of the law, not even the Church." The sexual abuse of minors by priests is the delicate issue to be handled by Peter and Emmeline Guitry, devout Catholics whose lives are shattered when their son Robbie reveals that he has been sexually abused by their priest, Father Frank Aubert. Along with other parents in the parish, they begin a persistent but painful campaign to remove Aubert from the clergy, and have him prosecuted as a sex offender. The Catholic Church attempts to cover up the abuse and place Aubert back in the parish, causing a nationally publicized lawsuit.

Penelope, a young hairdresser, discovers her vagina can talk when it criticizes a lover's performance, who leaves in a huff. At the salon where she works, her talking vagina insults a lesbian client, which leads to her being fired. Penelope goes to a psychiatrist, Dr. Pearl, where she reveals her "problem". In the psychiatrist's office, her vagina reveals a new talent, singing. It has a propensity for singing show tunes. Dr. Pearl reveals her secret to friends of his in show business. At a meeting of the American Medical Association, Penelope and her talking vagina, now called "Virginia", are revealed to the public for the first time. Virginia regales the assembled physician with show tunes. Dr. Pearl becomes her agent, and over Penelope's objections, launches Penelope and Virginia on an entertainment career. At a show emceed by Professor Irwin Corey, Virginia sings in public for the first time, becoming a star after crooning a disco tune. Virginia increasingly becomes the tail that wags the dog, with Penelope becoming increasingly unhappy as "they" become a successful act on a cross-country tour. Despite her new success, Penelope decides to kill herself until she sees the lover from the start of the movie and discovers that he has a talking penis.
