In July 2012, Brown was arrested the 4th time for failing to show up for a court appearance in relation to his DUI arrest.
In August 2014, Brown was arrested and charged with two counts of disturbing the peace and one count of public intoxication after he showed up at a woman's apartment and allegedly threatened to kill her and her child. Brown was not charged with making death threats due to insufficient evidence.

Biographie
In April 2007, Brown was arrested for possession of marijuana in Texas. Houston area police reportedly found nine grams of marijuana in the car Brown was driving after he was stopped for driving with his lights off. Brown later told the media that the car did not belong to him and he was unaware that any drugs were in the car. On April 22, 2008, Brown was reported missing after he left his manager's house in Studio City to go to a convenience store that was a short distance away and never returned. He turned up 24 hours later and publicly apologized for not informing anyone of his whereabouts.
