Kali (Gopichand) lives along with his mother on the business of hiring mike set and lighting equipment for wedding and other ceremonies. Jyothi (Meera Jasmine) is a singer who sings chorus in films. A lady police inspector (Ankitha) keeps on following Kali and tries to seduce him to make him fall in her love. Kali is also a threat for many in his area as he answers only with muscle power if things work against him. Knowing this, once Jyothi claims that she is Kali’s person to save herself from a group of eve teasers. Eve teasers leave her for the fear of Kali. In a dramatic sequence, like in any other film Kali happens to encounter Jyothi. Gopichand inclines for Jyothi and proposes her. But she negates and tells her flash back.

Sekhar (Ravi Teja) and Madhurima (Jyothika) are happily married couple who work for an advertising company. Nagesh (Subbaraju) and Divakar (Ravi Kale) are notorious encounter specialists. They shoot Sekhar mistaking him to be a Maoist. After realizing their mistake, they frame him as Maoist by planting proof. Lawyer Dharma Reddy (Kota) cheats on his client Sekhar and makes sure that he gets 8-year imprisonment. Madhurima meets Geeta (Tabu) – an investigative journalist. As Madhurima and Geeta unite to get clues, the encounter specialists force Madhurima to commit suicide. In the end, Sekhar kills Nagesh & Divakar.

Kiran (Akaash) and Aishwarya (Rekha Vedavyas) have been neighbours for 20 years in Hyderabad. They study in the same college and immensely hate each other. When their hatred continues, Rekha's parents shift to Ooty. There, Aishwarya finds an unopened greeting card in her room which is addressed to Deepika (Tanu Roy). The movie starts with Chinni (Nagarjuna) revealing, on a train journey from Pune to Hyderabad, that he just got out of jail after seven years. His past is revealed in a flashback. He had been a singer, waiting for the big break. Indu (Simran Bagga) hears his voice though she doesn't see him and becomes his fan. When Chinni realizes this, he tries to reveal who he is but circumstances place him and Indu in situations where she ends up thinking that he is a rowdy. Chinni ultimately becomes responsible for her losing her eyesight too.

Kalyan (Srikanth) spends his time dreaming of marriage. On a bus ride to Pattiseema (Godavari Zilla) to take up a promotion as a bank manager, he is involved in an accident loses his eyesight. The scene shifts to three months later when he recovers he goes back to Pattiseema with his friend Ramesh (Rajendra Prasad). Meghamala (Soundarya), living in the house opposite his, showers affection on him, giving him coffee, providing him with hot water, etc. But when he visits with his parents, to talk about marriage, she rejects him revealing the real reason behind her attachment to Kalyan, she tells him of her ill-fated love affair with Srinivas (Nagarjuna Akkineni) who died in same accident and his eyes are transplanted to Kalyan. Eager to send Kalyan on his way, Meghamala sends a letter to Kalyan's home on his name, accepting the latest girl Srilakshmi (Ravali) they picked for him and Kalyan returns home to find arrangements for his wedding in full swing, Meghamala also arrives to marriage but Kalyan's parents sends her away. Next day she sees Kalyan in the opposite house knowing that he cancelled the marriage, Ramesh married Srilakshmi. Finally, he says that "they live life long seeing to each other".

A college principal Janardan Rao (Vijay Kumar), keen to inculcate discipline in the students, gets his one time student and protégé Rajkumar (Chiranjeevi) posted as Telugu lecturer there. The ideal lecturer that he is, Rajkumar mingles with the students and becomes a comrade in arms and fools around with them in order to control them. One of his students Kanchana (Sakshi Sivanand) falls in love with him and asks him to marry her. He refuses her politely, saying that she will rescind her proposal if she knows his past and the flashback follows. When Preeti turns down his overtures, Vikram kills her in rage. Rajkumar in turn kills Vikram and goes to jail for five years. After serving the jail term now he has come back as a lecturer.

The movie starts with a young man Surendra (Chiranjeevi) landing in a town for a job. He witnesses rivalry between two mafia gangs at that place. After a fight with a street goon, he is recognized by one gang and encouraged to become a don. He rents a room in Madhavi's house, who lives with her sister Roja and granny (Nirmalamma). After few routine scenes, Roja falls in love with Surendra and expresses her love. But Bavaraju Surendra becomes uncertain about his future, rejects Roja's proposal and starts looking for matches for her. Meanwhile, his mother (Sujatha), younger brother, and sister move to his place and start living with him. His mother worries about his lifestyle and his future. One day, she recognizes Kota Srinivasa Rao, the rival gang leader as the destroyer of her family. Surendra's family is kidnapped by Kota and how Surendra rescues them forms the climax of this movie. This is one of the disastrous movie in Chiranjeevi's film career.
