Norbert Gastell (born 14 October 1929 in Buenos Aires) is an Argentina born, German voice actor, who specializes in dubbing. He was born to German parents, but grew up in Argentina. He later moved to Munich in 1938.

Gastell is best known in Germany as the "voice" of Homer Simpson, in the German version of The Simpsons which he has provided since the series was first aired in 1991. He is also remembered for his dubbing as the character Trevor Ochmonek in the sitcom ALF, Coach Pantusso in Cheers and Cornelius Fudge in the Harry Potter (film series).

He is also active in radio plays.

Handsome Jeronimo Rugera is hired to tutor the rich heiress, Josephe Asteron. They fall in love, yet the church forbids their relationship, and Josephe is hidden in a convent.
