Joel Rizalino Torre (born June 19, 1961) is a Filipino actor who is best known for his numerous films such as José Rizal, On the Job & Amigo, with the latter winning him the Best Actor Award at the 17th Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival. In television, Torre usually plays as a character actor or an antagonist.
He studied at the University of St. La Salle in Bacolod City, Philippines. The Dr. Pablo O. Torre Memorial Hospital of Bacolod City was named in honor of Torre's father.
