Face à l'impuissance de la police à s'emparer de Jagat Jogia, un gangster qui organise des attentats terroristes, l'inspecteur Jay Suryavanshi se résout à recruter un tueur endurci, Jeet Balraj. Mob boss Kaalkeshwar Singh (Amrish Puri) has an issue with a fellow mobster who wants to expand his own sphere of influence. During a confrontation, Albert (Deepak Shirke) attempts to shoot Kaalkeshwar, but due to the intervention of Arjun (Sunil Shetty), Albert is himself killed. Appreciative, Kaalkeshwar asks Arjun to spend some time on his estate out of town. He learns that Arjun's girlfriend, Maria (Ritu Shivpuri), had had then killed herself out of shame after having been molested by Albert. Her death has been now avenged. Kaalkeshwar introduces Ajun to his subdued and submissive wife, Monica (Monica Bedi). Unknown to Ajun, Kaalkeshwar is extremely jealous, and had even killed a man for simply shaking her hand and complimenting her. Immédiatement attirée par ce visage au regard innocent, Gauri accepte la proposition, cependant au cours de la cérémonie elle réalise qu'elle a été dupée mais il est trop tard. Elle tente de se suicider après s'être refusée à Raja Saheb qui veut faire valoir ses « droits d'époux ». De son côté, Shankar prend progressivement conscience de l'inhumanité de son protecteur et des violences qu'il fait subir à la jeune femme qu'il a involontairement contribué à piéger et pour laquelle il se prend d'affection.

Lalchand Dogra lives in a palatial house with his wife, Anjana, and three sons, Sunny, Raj, and Jay.
