Itzhak Fintzi (Izko Finzi) (Bulgarian: Ицхак Финци (Ицко Финци)) (born 25 April 1933) is a Bulgarian film and stage actor.
He was born in Sofia, where he graduated from the dramatic art academy. In the following years he played in a number of theatres, both in the capital city and in other places throughout the country, as well as in many feature films. He is winner of the best actor award of the "Golden Prague" TV films festival (1982).
His best loved character on the scene is the big Little man - a human being incessantly trampled by Life and the high and mighty, who frequently evokes laughter, but more often the sympathy and compassion of the audience - because of the nobleness, dignity, modesty and selflessness always helping him managed and overcome the vicissitude of his destiny. Undoubtedly, the unusual popularity of Itzhak Fintzi, called by his friends and public by the intimate name of Itzko, is because a good number of Bulgarian people identify, consciously or unconsciously, with his characters.
He graduated from the Bulgarian National Academy of Theater and Film Arts in 1955, and made his debut in the movie "Zvezdi" (1959).
He is the father of actor Samuel Finzi.

Mai 1915. Assadour Avakian, médecin d'origine arménienne, établi à Venise, se prépare, après vingt ans de séparation, à retrouver sa famille natale en Anatolie. Son frère Aram, voulant honorer sa venue prochaine, fait agrandir et restaurer, le Mas des alouettes, la vieille demeure où sont nés et ont grandi les Avakian. Mais le contexte politique s'y prête plutôt mal et les Avakian ne se doutent pourtant de rien : ainsi, l'Italie vient d'entrer en guerre contre l'Autriche-Hongrie et l'Empire ottoman, et en Turquie, les Jeunes-Turcs sont au pouvoir et cherchent à se débarrasser des minorités ethniques. Pour les Arméniens, la situation devient un enfer : tous les individus de sexe masculin sont voués au massacre, les Avakian n'y font pas exception. Pour les femmes et le petit Avetis, déguisé en fille, débute alors un long calvaire dans le désert... Toutefois, Nazim, un Turc, membre d'une confrérie, et Ismène, la nourrice grecque, qui ont toujours été liés à la famille, les suivent discrètement et essaient de les sauver. La belle Nunik est quant à elle courtisée par un soldat turc, Ferzan. C'est alors que, pour sauver sa famille, Nunik attire volontairement l'attention des gardes turcs, en chantant un air arménien. Ferzan, se remémorant ses paroles, la décapite afin qu'elle ne souffre pas sous la torture. Les survivantes arrivent, après bien des épreuves, face à la rade de Venise.

Evtim (Popandov) and Pesho (Mavrodiev), two young men, decided to leave their native village and move to the big city. They bring with them big stuff from the home household goods but also their good intentions and uncertainty. Both of them carry some remorses too. Evtim because of the scandal with his older brother and Pesho because of leaving the home with not a notice to his parents. Standing by the road, amid a heap of luggage, they turned to be a colorful view as hitch-hikers to the passing vehicles. But so, the two friends have an opportunity to meet the variety of life. They see generous sympathy but also the selfishness; they see the exciting waves of the true love but also the repulsive duplicity. This meetings, in its own way, form their realization about the substantial milestones in the path of life.
