Mihika Banerjee (Lara Dutta), a successful investment banker living in Mumbai, misses her flight to Delhi and needs to get there any way possible to meet her husband, Lt. Col. Vikram Rana (Akshay Kumar). She meets Manu Gupta (Vinay Pathak) and they discover the colours of India in their journey to Delhi. They go by road and train and the audience gets a chance to see both the large urban conglomerations and the small rural areas that make up India. During the journey, Mihika experiences various difficulties which she has never encountered in her high class life. When Mihika's money is stolen while she is buying a train ticket, she is forced to travel with Manu in the ordinary class in Jhunjhunu District. Thus the film revolves around Mihika's and Manu's journey amidst difficulties.

Zara Kampani (Neha Oberoi) meets Sameer (Sikandar Kher) in a pub and lands in his flat asking him to kidnap her so that she can test her husband, Jatin's (Arbaaz Khan) love. Samir can’t refuse because he is in desperate need of money. He hasn’t paid his rent for months and also has to return a huge sum of money to a bhai (Gulshan Grover). Zara takes Sameer to Woodstock Villa, the location of kidnapping. Sameer orders Jatin to hand over 5 million to him. After returning, Sameer discovers Zara dead. An anonymous caller then threatens him that he has only 30 minutes to bury the body and clear up all the evidence. He disposes her body in a forest and returns. To be on the safer side, he leaves the city and goes to Bangalore. Sameer sees Zara's video on television and heads back to find the truth. He finds Zara and convinces her to tell him the truth. Zara reveals that she and Jatin truly loved each other. Once in a fight, Jatin's real wife, Zara accidentally, died and as her and Zara's face was quite similar, she played the role of Zara. The kidnapping plan was hatched by Jatin and his girlfriend to get out of this murder and trap somebody else. Sameer calls Jatin to Woodstock villa with the money and he pays his rent and loan. He goes to the airport while Jatin gets caught by the police. Jatin tells the police that he is not the only one to commit the crime. Sameer gives the bag of money to Zara but there was no money inside that bag, he took the real bag of money. The ball was in Zara's court. If she would have boarded the plane, Sameer would have trusted her. She decided to cheat Sameer and got cheated herself. Sameer's flight takes off while Jatin's partner gets arrested.

Neal n'est pas vraiment d'accord, mais reconnaît qu'aucune de ses conquêtes n'est digne de respect. Il met une condition à son futur mariage, celle de passer les vacances à Vancouver, pour s'offrir du bon temps une dernière fois. Il rencontre une fois arrivé sur place une sublime top model ainsi qu'une jeune fille Indienne délurée et portée sur la bouteille, Nikki. Celle-ci, ivre, demande à Neal de la ramener chez elle. En gentleman qu'il est, il accepte, mais la conduit en chemin dans un hôtel mal famé et se retrouve arrêté pour attentat à la pudeur. Le lendemain Nikki le contacte pour en savoir davantage sur ce qui s'est réellement passé et lui fait une deuxième fois manquer son coup avec le top model. Neal fait alors connaissance avec une Indienne très chaude, et là encore, Nikki surgit et compromet cette nouvelle occasion. Décidément, elle ne le laissera pas enterrer tranquillement sa vie de garçon. Ils finissent finalement par s'attacher l'un à l'autre jusqu'à ce que Neal découvre que Nikki est la cousine de Sweety .
