Fernando Enrique Carrillo Roselli (born January 6, 1966 in Caracas) is a Venezuelan actor.
Born in Venezuela and educated mostly in London, Carrillo returned to Venezuela and attended the Universidad Central de Venezuela. He has recently relocated to Los Angeles where he hopes to pursue a crossover career in American television.
Carrillo faced drug charges in Miami when a Police officer stopped him and his brother Manuel while speeding through a school zone on Sept. 3rd, 1999. The officer indicated that a very strong smell of marijuana emanated from the vehicle when the door opened when he requested the people inside the car to exit. Carrillo posted $1,000 bail after a few hours after the arrest.
On December 2012, he paid a second visit to the Philippines. He was interviewed by Korina Sanchez during her radio show on DZMM and Boy Abunda on The Buzz.

Fernando is most known for his telenovelas, such as María Isabel and his most popular, Rosalinda starring with Mexican superstar Thalía. Carrillo was part of a music band in Venezuela along with 2 siblings.Born in Venezuela and educated mostly in London, Carrillo returned to Venezuela and attended the Universidad Central de Venezuela. The film begins in a meeting on August 2002 where a social activist, Simon Petrov, is reading the sentence dictated by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights ordering the Venezuelan state to compensate to the relatives of the victims of the 27 February 1989 riots. The people at that meeting began to tell and remember the tragic moments of that event.
