Fawad Afzal Khan (Urdu: فواد افضل خان; born 29 November 1981) is a Pakistani film and television actor, producer, singer and model. Khan has established himself as a critically and commercially successful actor in the Pakistani television and film industry.
Khan rose to prominence in the 2007 Pakistani movie Khuda Kay Liye, and later gained acclaim as a lead actor in TV shows Humsafar and Zindagi Gulzar Hai, for which he won the Best Actor Award at the Lux Style Awards. In 2014, Khan made his Bollywood debut in the romantic comedy film Khoobsurat. and received Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut.
Khan married Mahira khan on 12 November 2005 in an Islamic Wedding Ceremony after a courtship of 8 years. He has a son Aayaan from her.
Khan, in collaboration with his wife, established a clothing brand called SILK by Fawad Khan, the debut collection was launched in August 2012 at Lahore.
Khan, developed Diabetes mellitus type 1 at the age of 17 after he met an accident that damaged his pancreas.

Biographie
Khan was born on 29 November 1981 in Karachi to a family originally based in Lahore. He spent earlier years of his life abroad. Khan, as his father's job required, lived in Athens, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Riyadh and then went to Manchester during the Gulf War, moving back to Lahore. He has lived in Lahore since the age of 13. He could play the guitar, bass and drums all when he was only 20. He put his voice to use as the lead singer of the band Entity Paradigm. Khan obtained his A-levels from Lahore Grammar School Lahore and went on to complete his bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Lahore. His first acting performance was amateur acting in a Theatre play called Spartacus during A-level in 1999.Khan married Mahira khan on 12 November 2005 in an Islamic Wedding Ceremony after a courtship of 8 years. Ho Mann Jahaan is a coming of age urban story set in present day Karachi. The film revolves around three main characters – Arhan (Sheheryar Munawar), Manizeh (Mahira Khan) and Nadir (Adeel Husain). Mili Chakravarty (Sonam Kapoor) est une kinésithérapeute talentueuse et délurée qui a déjà soigné de grands joueurs de cricket. Un collègue lui propose de s’occuper d’un roi du Rajasthan et de s’installer pendant toute la durée du traitement dans son palais à Sambhalgarh. Le roi Shekhar Rathore n’est pourtant pas un patient facile : peu investi dans sa guérison, il a déjà renvoyé des dizaines de kinés avant elle. D’autre part, sa famille dirigée par la reine Nirmala (Ratna Pathak), rigide et conservatrice, a un mode de vie très éloigné de l’exubérante et franche Mili. Pourtant, la jeune femme accepte l’offre à la grande joie de sa mère (Kirron Kher) qui la verrait bien mariée à un prince. Et justement, le roi Shekhar a un fils, le beau mais distant Prince Vikram (Fawad Afzal Khan) qui est déjà fiancé à une autre et obsédé par la gestion des affaires de sa famille. A priori, rien n’incite Mili à rester dans cet environnement qui lui correspond si peu mais armée d’une détermination et d’une énergie sans faille, elle est bien décidée à venir à bout des résistances de son patient… tout en gagnant l’amitié de son fils dont elle se rapproche doucement.

The film tells of a beautiful but underprivileged girl, Zarnaab, living in Murree with her widowed stepmother and half-sister, Zartaab, and a flirty man, Armaan.
