Dominic Burns (born 1983) is an English film director, screenwriter, producer and actor. After starting out in the film industry as an actor, Burns then moved into directing where he has made his name. When making such films as Airborne and U.F.O. he frequently shoots his films in Derbyshire, his home county, and causes a local stir (when?) when he has brought actors such as Jean-Claude Van Damme and Mark Hamill there to do so.
