Dilip Sinha (Hindi: दिलीप सिन्हा Dilīpa Sinhā) (born 1951) is an Indian actor and a voice-dubbing artist who principally speaks Hindi and Bhojpuri. Dilip Sinha was staying in Marina Guest House Bandra at West Mumbai for 20 years and at the present time, he is currently staying in Goregaon West, Mumbai, India. He is married and has 2 children.
He began acting in 1975, and was a lead actor in the first Bhojpuri color film, Dangal. Subsequently, he dubbed foreign films, including some made in Hollywood, in Hindi.

Charan Raj (Shakti Kapoor) alias Channi, is a master of crime, theft, kidnapping and black magic. He has a desire to rule over the entire world and for this desire he is ready to do the meanest of deeds - even that of murdering children. Charan Raj lays his hands upon an innocent boy - Raju (Master Amar) Raju is the only support for his sister Karisma (Karisma Kapoor) who herself dances on stage to be able to rear her brother and has all her hopes pinned on her brother. Channo who was by now assumed the guise of a doll - A doll that can walk, talk and even kill - is the Papi Gudia. This doll gets stuck to Raju like a leech. Raju, in spite of being innocent gets linked to every murder and then he comes under the eye of police. A Makichumi, Inspector Vijay Saxena (Avinash Wadhavan) holds Raju responsible for each murder. Karisma, who till now had been enjoying a comfortable life with her younger brother, is caught in a dilemma between murder and law. On one side is his younger brother and on the other side is her love Vijay Saxena.

Amar Saxena (Govinda) is a businessman, and the Managing Director of prestigious Khaitan Fans Ltd., India. One day while leaving from a board meeting, he meets a beggar named Jagmohan, who calls him Rohit, and asks him to return home to his ill wife, Seema. Amar denies being Rohit, but feels sorry for him and gives him some money, which Jagmohan declines to accept. Curious at his refusal, Amar offers to help. He visits the hospital and gets to meet Seema, and ends up falling in love with her. What he does not know that Jagmohan and Seema are plainclothes police officers, who have been assigned to arrest him for the murder of Ram Kumar Saxena, Amar's uncle. Using his wits, Amar manages to convince the Court that he is of unsound mind, and thus escapes being imprisoned, and ends up in an asylum. From here Amar must figure out who has framed him for a murder he did not commit, and why Seema and Jagmohan were so intent to incriminate him.

Le démon Rāvana, seigneur de Lanka, sème terreur et désolation dans le royaume d'Ayhodhya. Avinash Saxena lives with his uncle and cousin, Vimal. His uncle passes away, leaving the estate to him, as he is aware that Vimal is a wastrel and alcoholic. Nevertheless the two cousins get along quite well. When Avinash goes to visit one of his houses in the country side, he finds out that his servant, Ram Prasad, had let his bedroom to a young woman, Gloria, without his permission. After he meets Gloria both of them fall in love with each other and get married in a simple temple ceremony. They then return to the city, where Gloria, who is now Pooja, is introduced to Vimal. Then one night while returning home from a late night movie, the couple are attacked and Avinash is killed, leaving Pooja widowed and devastated. Then a few months later, Pooja is approached by a fortune-teller, Maya Gangadhami, who informs her that Avinash has been in touch with her and would like to console her as well as warn her that the man who killed him is also going to kill her also. Pooja ridicules this, and tells Vimal about this. What Pooja does not know is that Vimal himself was responsible for hiring the killer to kill Avinash so that he could inherit the estate and wealth as the sole surviving relative, and with no proof available of Pooja's marriage, all he has to do is arrange her 'death' at the hands of the same killer.
