Chad Ferrin (born March 23, 1973) is a Los Angeles based horror film director, actor and screenwriter.
Unspeakable marked Ferrin's writing and feature directing debut. The film, shot for $20,000, was released by Troma.
Ferrin next wrote, produced and directed The Ghouls. Called "a no-budget horror opus" the film was shot on Mini DV for $15,000.
After The Ghouls, Ferrin directed one segment of the Troma film Tales from the Crapper in 2004. This direct-to-DVD film starred Lloyd Kaufman, James Gunn, Julie Strain and Ron Jeremy.
Ferrin's film Easter Bunny, Kill! Kill! has become a cult classic with horror fans worldwide. The DVD for Chad's film Someone's Knocking at the Door was released on 25 May 2010. Both of Ferrin's films Someone's Knocking at the Door and Easter Bunny Kill! Kill! are part of the Dark Delicacies collection 2010. Chad is set to direct the horror/thriller Dances With Werewolves in 3-D. Ferrin narrated his film Someone's Knocking at the Door upon its re-release on 24 July 2010 at the Sci-Fi Center in Sin City. Chad is the director of the upcoming 2016 horror film The Chair, starring Naomi Grossman.

Biographie
Ferrin first broke into the film industry as a production assistant on films such as Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers and Hellraiser: Bloodline. He moved on to directing episodes of the Troma television series Troma's Edge TV.Unspeakable marked Ferrin's writing and feature directing debut. The film, shot for $20,000, was released by Troma.

While James aimlessly wanders the city, Alice is cared for by Barry, a coprophilic physical therapist who sexually abuses her. One day, James gives a prostitute named Emmy Bruzze a lift to her house, where James experiences a psychotic break when Emmy tries to seduce him, resulting in him killing her. As James stares at Emmy's body in shock, it begins speaking to him in Heather's voice, begging for help and claiming that God is keeping her from him. James returns home, gets rid of all religious objects in the house, and holds a conversation with Alice, who he is convinced communicates with him telepathically.

The night before Easter, a lowlife named Remington dons an Easter Bunny mask, and robs a convenience store with a shotgun, shooting the clerk in the mouth. Remington is then revealed to have charmed his way into the life of widow Mindy Peters, a nurse who lives with her cerebral palsy-afflicted son Nicholas, who Remington torments when Mindy is not around. While taking out the garbage, Nicholas befriends a disfigured vagrant who gives him a rabbit he claims is an Easter Bunny. Nicholas decides to keep the rabbit a secret, but it is discovered by Remington, who threatens to kill it if Nicholas says anything bad about him to Mindy.
