Biographie
He is the only child of Armando Tiangco, an entrepreneur, and Amelia Garcia. Early education was at St. Scholastica's Academy. In high school he attended Don Bosco Academy, an exclusive boys school. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991 from the Ateneo de Manila University majoring in Communications.
