Amyra Dastur (née le 7 mai 1993) est une actrice indienne. Elle fait ses débuts dans le film Issaq, aux côtés de Prateik Babbar. Elle lance sa carrière à l'âge de 16 ans comme modèle dans quelques publicités pour Clean and Clear, Dove, Vodafone et Micromax. Elle prend part au casting du thriller de science fiction de Mr. X de Mukesh Bhatt aux côtés d'Emraan Hashmi. Elle a également joué dans un film Tamil, Anegan aux côtés de Dhanush.

Jack, un professeur d'archéologie renommé du musée de l'armée de terre cuite de Xi'an, s'associe à la jeune professeur indienne Ashmita de l'Institut national des musées du Rajasthan pour rechercher le trésor perdu du Magadha au Tibet. Leur équipe découvre le trésor sous un lac gelé grâce aux moyens modernes. Ils sont cependant interrompus par un groupe de mercenaires dirigé par Randall qui leur vole le trésor et les laisse enfermer. Dans la confusion, Jones - un membre de l'équipe de Jack qui est plus un chasseur de trésor qu'un archéologue - s'enfuit avec un diamant. Jack et Ashmita parviennent finalement à s'échapper de la caverne glacée.

The film begins in a fantasy sequence taking place in Madhumitha's (Amyra Dastur) imagination as she shares the story with her psychiatrist, Dr. Radhika (Lena): Munaruna (Dhanush) is a Tamil worker in Burma. His friend Saamuda (Jagan) falls in love with Mallika (Aishwarya Devan), but Mallika loves Munaruna instead. Munaruna saves Samudra (Amyra Dastur), the daughter of a Burmese army general, from a Ferris wheel accident and they fall in love. When Mallika learns about this, she is devastated and marries Saamuda. The Burmese general disapproves of the union between Munaruna and Samudra, and revokes the privileges that the Tamil immigrants had until then. Violence breaks out and the Tamil nationals flee Burma. Munaruna and Samudra also join the refugees on on a ship along with Saamuda and Mallika. When Samudra's father comes looking for her, Mallika spitefully reveals where they are hiding. As Samudra and Munaruna try to escape by diving into the ocean, Munaruna is shot and killed. Samudra drowns after promising to be together forever.

The film begins with the Anti Terrorist Department in the middle of an assignment. A terrorist takes a bus full of people on hostage. Raghuram "Raghu" Rathod (Emraan Hashmi) supported by the brave officer Siya Verma (Amyra Dastur) accomplish the operation. This could have almost killed Raghu who is engaged to Siya. After the operation Siya tells Raghu she cannot handle life's unpredictability and the thought of being away from him. He asks his hand in marriage and the two are betrothed. On the day before their marriage, the two are summoned by ACP Bhardwaaj (Arunoday Singh). There is a plot to kill the chief minister of the state and both are put to duty. hardwaaj mr. X. fashions his involvement in the plot such that Raghu is compelled to murder the CM. If he doesn't kill the CM, then a sniper will murder Siya who is on duty at another location. Left with no choice, Raghu murders the CM upon a confrontation from the latter's son Aditya. He tries to flee but gets cornered by Bhardwaaj and his man Tiwari. The three take Raghu to a run down factory and kill him there.
