On 30 June 2012 she, along with Džeko, attended his sister Merima's wedding to singer Mirza Šoljanin.

Silajdžić married Serbian businessman Vladimir Vićentijević aged 17 in 2001. Their daughter Sofija was born 1 November 2003 and they divorced in 2007.She has been in a relationship with Bosnian soccer player Edin Džeko since 2012. Although Silajdžić shares a surname and even birthday with politician Haris Silajdžić, they are of no relation.
