Rajendra Prasad is a magician who works with his friend Gundu Hanumanta Rao. He one day finds a cute little girl bruised and finds out that her uncle Kota Srinivasa Rao killed her parents. The girl manages to escape when he's about to kill her as well. Now Kota Srinivasa Rao's after her and Rajendra Prasad protects her. But one day when he performs a magic trick for the girl, she becomes blind. Rajendra Prasad asks the doctor to do an eye operation but has to collect the money. When he does, he gets blamed for a murder committed by Kota Srinivasa Rao and is arrested while the doctors refuse to give the girl her eye operation. Will the girl ever get her eye operation and how Rajendra Prasad stops the villains forms the rest of the story.

Gopi is a simple man who has too much self-respect to work under anyone, so he opens his own watch repair shop in his hometown. Anjali is a girl from the same town who works at a store in the city. She keeps coming to her hometown every weekend. It so happens that Gopi and Anjali run into each other a few times and slowly, Gopi falls in love with her. The Story starts with Radha (Aamani) marries Madhu (Jagapati Babu), a civil engineer. Radha thinks that he is rich but turns out Madhu has nothing. This infuriates Radha as her dream is to be rich and wealthy. Even the birth of two children does not change her. Meanwhile Latha (Roja), a young girl who is a daughter of Madhu's boss (Subbaraya Sharma) comes from London to live there. She falls in love with Madhu and asks to marry her unaware of Madhu's marriage and two children. Madhu rejects her proposal that she is being foolish as he was already married. When Latha meets Radha, she offers her one crore rupees in exchange for marriage to Madhu. Radha agrees and she starts forcing Madhu for remarriage. Madhu agrees with the heavy heart as Radha threatens to commit suicide. But Madhu also starts falling in love with Latha. Radha notices that she was being left out. She slowly realizes her mistake and wants to get Madhu back. On other way, Madhu decides to go to London with Latha. Radha's children also don't want to live with Radha and they both decides to go with Latha and Madhu. Radha learns the importance of family and comes to the airport to give them a sad send-off. However, Latha decides to go back London alone and reveals that she is pregnant. The movie ends as Latha leaves and giving Radha her family back.

This story is dependent on the mother sentiment. The story is very simple. Hero’s mother lived a very royal life in a great palace as her husband was Jameendar that time. But later she lost her property due to some circumstances and she also lost her husband. And left that palace along with 2 year old kid (Ali).From that moment, she has been living a normal life. One fine day, Ali happens to listen the entire story of her mother and decides there itself to make his mother happy by purchasing the same palace for her mother. So he does lots of mischievous things to earn money. Bringing Yamadharmaraja, lord of Naraka, to Earth is part of that. The story ends up with a good climax. The comedy scenes of Yama(Satyanarayana) and chitragupta(Bramhanandham) are most hilarious. Their conversation with the local police is most memorable hilarious comedy. Music is excellent. This movie is musical hit. All songs in this movie have become most popular. This is also a good movie for children. Totally, this is a good family entertainment.

Vamsee (Srikanth) belongs to a disorganized but big family which includes a drunkard father (Kota), a bothersome mother (Y Vijaya), a gambler brother (Raghava), a sister (Rajita), a lazy brother in law (brahmanadam) and a patient sister in law (Suhasini) who is the only saving grace in the family. Vamsee tries to keep the family going with the help of the sister in law but decides to stay as bachelor after getting disgusted with his own family.
